We were pleasantly surprised with John England's way of doing business, Instead of all the high pressure pitches and having to check with the sales manager our visit was laid back and extremely enjoyable! How many times can you say that when purchasing an automobile? Lisa in finance was great and a professional young lady. Saratoga Honda just gained another customer.

My entire experience with Saratoga Honda was amazing. My salesman, Ethan, was extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He was timely with all of his replies and was not pushy at all. I would absolutely recommend working with this company, especially with the previous experiences that I had with other dealerships.

Not realistic with their pricing. Go elsewhere! I did and found a much better deal on same exact vehicle. And they are your typical used car salesperson, giving the same old spiel! How they can't come down off price, how they're not going to make any profit, then after you leave they text with a lower price! It's really a antiquated and slimy process!

Good service and good workers and I like how there’s a lot of refreshments

Normally I don’t write reviews because I think they are stupid but this time the world just needs to know. I came in to get a simple thing done and fixed on my car, typically I am at other car places for an hour or two waiting or days when I drop my car off but this time Xander fixed my car in no time. I was shocked when I was told my car was done. He was such a fast and diligent worker and not to mention the manners on this young man. Nobody these days have much respect and kindness for others and especially elderly woman like myself. This young boy was so sweet and I just hope his peers and the rest of his workers learn from him and his work ethic.
