We have been customers of Scanlon Lexus and Acura for years, and they have definitely gone downhill, especially since changing ownership. The service consultant at Acura, Kevin did make sure to correct an issue today, but they really need better systems to provide customers with a pleasant and easy experience, both in sales and service.

I have bought two Accuras here.
I have bought two Accuras here. The cars are great and the service is outstanding. Joshua was very kind today. He explained everything very clearly so I understood what was happening. I received frequent updates via texting. Joshua even came to the lounge to update me in person. Checking out was very simple in Joshua's office.

Had to go and get my headlight replaced.
Had to go and get my headlight replaced. Was greeted by a new technician Amaris Vazquez, very pleasant. I explained about my situation. Will I was waiting she sent me a text of the cost of my headlight. Then a anout 15 minutes later I went and spoke with her about the Real cost. $2000. I almost had a breakdown in my mind. I was not happy. I wanted to speak to the Head Mechanic and the Supervisor in charge. The Head Technician came and explained everything to me with a lower cost, not by much. The Head of the Department was not there that day. So I had to get a headlight. There were three compartments to my halogen head light. The Head Technician advised me, I might just need a headlight. I have to say that Amaris tried to do everything in her power to get me a better cost. My car stayed at the dealership and I received a loaner for over night. In the end my RDX only needed the headlight not the other components. When Ameris let me know I was so happy. Not a huge bill of $2000. When I went and dropped off my loaner the next day, Ameris also replaced another bulb for free. That too me is Customer Service. She really came thru for me. Excellent Technician. Ameris went that extra mile for a new client and I really appreciate it. Thank you.

After my visit today I was given my keys and when I went
After my visit today I was given my keys and when I went to get my car I was trapped in. I had to back out of the overhang to leave. Not a great experience. YOU CAN SAY I should have gone to find someone to help but I believe the problem should not have happened.
