My experience buying a Certified Pre-Owned 2020 CX-5 from Ocean Mazda turned out to be very positive overall. A couple of issues I had took a few days to sort out (turns out they were misunderstanding on my part), but the team handled everything professionally and got it all resolved smoothly. In the end, I drove away with exactly the car I wanted at a fair and competitive price. I’m happy to recommend Ocean Mazda Roswell—whether you’re looking for a new Mazda or a quality used vehicle, they have the best inventory in the area and deliver solid, reliable service. Glad I chose them!

My experience buying a Certified Pre-Owned 2020 CX-5 from Ocean Mazda turned out to be very positive overall. Communication with Nick is okay.

Communication with Nick is okay. I think he honestly tries but his hands are tied to the techs. Timeline for repair is DISGUSTINGLY long. You think you’ll get your car diagnosed correctly in a timely fashion? Go somewhere else. Car came in for noise from A/C vent, the car sat at dealer for a month and they replaced my rear differential and did a recall. (No idea how this is related but they told me my diff was bad too). Brought back the car for the same noise from the AC blower. Car has been there 30 days with NO answer to my issue besides “tech is trying to figure it out”. How can it take someone 30 days to diag a noise? My car had a new transmission issue diagnosed, ordered, and installed at Mazda Marietta in the time it takes Ocean Mazda to even give me a solution.

I had a great experience with Ocean Mazda. I've been doing business with Mazda of Roswell for over 20 years, providing great service, friendly sales staff etc. and Oceans continues to carrying that same torch. Asani Smith, the sales representative, did an outstanding job taking me through the sales process. He was quick to respond to all of questions and needs and made this purchasing process as smooth as possible. JOB WELL DONE BY ASANI AND OCEAN MAZDA!!

Everyone I worked with at Ocean Mazda was outstanding!

Everyone I worked with at Ocean Mazda was outstanding! Aaron got the ball rolling and offered me a great deal on the perfect vehicle for me. Eli was wonderful and patient as he rode with me on test drives and answered all my questions. JP helped immensely by closing the deal and explaining everything to me on my new SUV, and Tom couldn’t have been nicer in the finance dept. All in all, a great experience from beginning to end.

My mom and I both had the pleasure of working with JP.

My mom and I both had the pleasure of working with JP. He streamlined the process for both of us and made things as easy as possible. Him and Louie both made everything super easy. It was my first time buying a car, so they explained what everything meant while we went along. JP also made great conversation while we waited on paperwork etc. He is great and I would go back to him if I had to get another!

Pure pleasure in dealing with Aaron. This is our second purchase from.Ocean and we are about to make a 3rd. Heads and shoulders above any dealership I've ever purchased a vehicle at. Our experience so far has been very disappointing.

Our experience so far has been very disappointing. We’re hoping that a different manager can step in to help resolve a serious issue related to a recent sale. We’re currently waiting for a response and look forward to hearing from someone soon.
