My experience buying a Certified Pre-Owned 2020 CX-5 from Ocean Mazda turned out to be very positive overall. A couple of issues I had took a few days to sort out (turns out they were misunderstanding on my part), but the team handled everything professionally and got it all resolved smoothly. In the end, I drove away with exactly the car I wanted at a fair and competitive price. I’m happy to recommend Ocean Mazda Roswell—whether you’re looking for a new Mazda or a quality used vehicle, they have the best inventory in the area and deliver solid, reliable service. Communication with Nick is okay.
Communication with Nick is okay. I think he honestly tries but his hands are tied to the techs. Timeline for repair is DISGUSTINGLY long. You think you’ll get your car diagnosed correctly in a timely fashion? Go somewhere else. Car came in for noise from A/C vent, the car sat at dealer for a month and they replaced my rear differential and did a recall. (No idea how this is related but they told me my diff was bad too). Brought back the car for the same noise from the AC blower. Car has been there 30 days with NO answer to my issue besides “tech is trying to figure it out”. How can it take someone 30 days to diag a noise? My car had a new transmission issue diagnosed, ordered, and installed at Mazda Marietta in the time it takes Ocean Mazda to even give me a solution.

Everyone I worked with at Ocean Mazda was outstanding! Aaron got the ball rolling and offered me a great deal on the perfect vehicle for me. Eli was wonderful and patient as he rode with me on test drives and answered all my questions. JP helped immensely by closing the deal and explaining everything to me on my new SUV, and Tom couldn’t have been nicer in the finance dept. All in all, a great experience from beginning to end.
