The new team at Groove Subaru is unlike any I've ever

The new team at Groove Subaru is unlike any I've ever encountered. They moved mountains for me to get into my new Crosstrek after experiencing the wildest car accident and repair journey this summer with a different dealer. Jay (GSM), Bernadette (Customer Retention Director), Jason (Fleet Manager), Brooke (Finance Manager), Lexi and Logan (Love Encore Delivery Specialist) are some of the most genuine, kind and service-oriented people I've ever met. No, not just at a car dealership; I mean EVER. When I arrived to finally return my leased car and sign a new lease, they were waiting for me as if I was royalty, greeting me with warmth and so much care. I had some tricky financial parameters that they helped me navigate with zero friction, with smiles on their faces, and genuine care in their hearts. It was clear that their goal was to alleviate any iota of stress in the process for me, and to get me the car I wanted. They did exactly that, plus some. It makes me emotional just thinking about it, honestly. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for their humanity, and I genuinely count them as important members of my community now. I truly do not ever plan to own anything but a Subaru, and I won't go anywhere else to buy one. These gals and guys have my loyalty forever. The Subaru Love Promise is not just a marketing ploy. This team lives that ethos every day. ❤️

Absolutley wild overpricing.

Absolutley wild overpricing. Groove tried to charge me $871.12 for a new key and ignition switch. An independant locksmith did it all for $500 in their parking lot.

Trying to buy my first car and they were definitely

Trying to buy my first car and they were definitely taking advantage of me. First they called me and said I was gonna be able to take the car I inquired about to my mechanic. It took me more than an hour to get there just to be told the car is not even ready to be tested drive. Tested another car and no, I can’t actually take it to my mechanic. Then when running the numbers for both cars, the offered a crazy high rate with extremely shady fees like accessories for 2k (?) and no disclosure of the total of what I will be end up paying. This is the kind of dealers you want to stay away from!

I was on the verge of buying my third car from Groove

I was on the verge of buying my third car from Groove Subaru. I’ve been a loyal customer and have had decent experiences in the past—but this time, the dealership completely failed me. They provided a full deal sheet with a $25,000 trade-in/payoff value on my 2024 Solterra lease. I called to confirm because I had a different number from my lender. Paul, the sales manager, personally told me that $25K was the correct payoff, not the $41K from my records. He even said, “If it turns out to be a mistake, I’ll own it.” Well, it was a mistake—they ran the wrong VIN. When it came time to “own it,” they refused to honor the deal they gave me in writing and confirmed over the phone. No accountability, no integrity—just an attempt to shift a $16,000 difference onto me like it never happened. This wasn’t a simple oversight—it was a bait-and-switch, plain and simple. Groove Subaru misrepresented the numbers, backed it up with verbal assurances, and then walked away when the truth came out. After two previous purchases, I expected honesty and professionalism. Instead, I got deception, runaround, and a complete lack of ethical business practices. I will never return to Groove Subaru, and I strongly urge anyone reading this to proceed with extreme caution. Get everything in writing—and don’t count on their word meaning anything.

When I pulled into the garage a service rep came over to greet me. He verified the service I requested. They sent me an inspection report within an hour and my car was ready an hour later. First class service and super friendly service reps.

I purchased a used Subaru from this dealership in

I purchased a used Subaru from this dealership in November of 2024. At this dealership, used vehicles only have a two month warranty, so when your car breaks down on the side of the road two weeks after the warranty runs out, you have to pay for the repairs. The dealership did not respond to my email about the issue. The dealership was aware that the repairs needed to be done (shop it was taken too said the repairs needed were/are obvious), did not disclose it, and was unresponsive. I would take great caution if purchasing from this dealership. I feel like I just threw away $9,000 (repairs are $4,500) and I wish I purchased at a dealership that is more trustworthy that has a longer warrantee period.
