My salesman Cody is AWESOME!

My salesman Cody is AWESOME! He took care of me from beginning to end. He?s so easy to talk to and he really listens to my questions my needs. He?s attentive personable and friendly. You go Cody. From the finance department Jarvi was great and understanding to my concerns and my budget. He found and negotiated on my behalf with finance company got me close to the budget I want to pay monthly.Thank you all so much for the great opportunity as a first customer experience.

Had a great experience here!

Had a great experience here! The team made sure to get me the best deal possible and keep me within my budget. The finance department even made sure to swap out some add ons to my deal that would give me better coverage in the long run.

Keeps buyers waiting way too long during process; adds

Keeps buyers waiting way too long during process; adds pkgs without explaining & failing to mention they are optional; cannot contact financial advisers direct, & no return calls; need to give better explanations of add-ons. As a single senior, I felt taken advantage of. Benjamin (Sales person) was bery kind, eager to help me understand everything about the vehicle, made himself available even after the sale to assist. Kuddos to Ben!

Everything went pretty well.

Everything went pretty well. I spent a bit more time at the dealership than I would have expected but they were nice people. Herbert helped me out quite a bit. He helped me get the car home since I was driving a separate one to pick the new one up.

Customer service was superb.

Customer service was superb. Sam, Adrion, and Cody made this car buying experience so smooth. The car we bought was 2018, but looked and drove brand new. They were able to explain what made them different from the other competitors. In 2 hours we were done with purchasing. We also were able to bring the car back to be transported to an another state. I definitely would go back to buy another car.

Melissa was our sales person, and she was fantastic.

Melissa was our sales person, and she was fantastic. Our daughter was on crutches, and Melissa went out of her way to bring the cars close by / make her comfortable. Sale process was easy. The finance department gives the hard sell for their warranty program, which we ultimately decided not to do. Once we got the car home, we realized there were a couple of things that needed service attention. Sam and Jordan made sure everything was addressed, and we got the car back tuned up and freshly detailed. Good customer service all around!

JR Webb is an outstanding sales consultant who is

JR Webb is an outstanding sales consultant who is extremely knowledgable of various types of vehicles. He was quick to provide requested information and to answer all questions. He is very friendly and did not try to push a decision. The entire staff at Autonation USA Denton that I dealt with was most helpful. Definitely will go there in the future when looking for a vehicle.
