Had a great experience at AutoNation USA in Denton.

Had a great experience at AutoNation USA in Denton. Met with Cody and his Sales Manager, Sam, and both were super helpful and easy to work with. Went in looking for a safe, reliable SUV for my family, and found the perfect one. I had been checking out similar cars at other dealerships, but I kept coming back to AutoNation because they had the exact color combo I wanted inside and out. The SUV drives great, the price was fair, and the whole process was straightforward. Cody and Sam were transparent the entire time and walked me through each step without any pressure. They kept their word the whole way, which I really appreciated. I?d definitely buy from AutoNation again and recommend them to anyone looking for a solid, reliable vehicle.

Working with Herbert was such an incredible experience!

Working with Herbert was such an incredible experience! Talk about taking care of your customers. You can tell from his actions and the way he treats people with the utmost respect he truly cares! From day one he delivered with every single question or concern I had in a process that took several weeks to come to fruition. Traveling in from out of state, working 60 hr weeks and making sure my truck was on schedule for delivery and cooperating with me having the truck taken to another dealer for a pre owned inspection. He made sure everything was done per my request to allow me to have peace of mind before fully committing to a high dollar purchase. Such a great person! I truly appreciate all the hard work along the way and will most definitely reach out to Herbert at Autonation USA Denton for my next purchase.

I visited the AutoNation Denton store after the General

I visited the AutoNation Denton store after the General Manager confirmed by email that my trade-in value of $37,000 would be honored. After waiting several hours while their team inspected my car, I signed the preliminary paperwork. Only after signing, they suddenly claimed there was a paint issue and suggested I had done a repair or accident, which is completely false. My vehicle has only about 1,900 miles since purchase, and I have proof showing the paint was perfect and shiny before I brought it in. Their story changed repeatedly, and now they say they want to ?lift the car? again, which feels like another delay tactic. I also lost a $38,000 Carvana offer because of a title delay from their end. This experience has been stressful and unprofessional. I?m requesting a corporate investigation into staff conduct, restoration of my car?s fair value, and accountability for how this situation was handled.

Title: Misleading Practices – Possible Pre-Existing Paint Issue Review: I purchased a 2025 Mercedes C300 from AutoNation USA Denton 45 days ago, advertised as fully inspected and clean, with a 90-day warranty and $780 paint protection. When I went to sell/trade the car, the dealership suddenly raised a paint issue that I had never noticed before. The vehicle was never in an accident or repainted, so it’s unclear if they sold me a car with a hidden paint problem. Despite paying for paint protection, the dealership is using unfair tactics to avoid responsibility. Extremely disappointed and cannot trust their practices.

Herbert our sales rep was excellent.

Herbert our sales rep was excellent. He was genuine in helping us from the initial phone call through the entire process. Also Ravi who helped us with final paperwork was very good to work with. A negative was the relentless pressure from the finance team in buying extras that weren?t needed. Overall a good experience due to Herbert!

My salesman Cody is AWESOME! He took care of me from beginning to end. He?s so easy to talk to and he really listens to my questions my needs. He?s attentive personable and friendly. You go Cody. From the finance department Jarvi was great and understanding to my concerns and my budget. He found and negotiated on my behalf with finance company got me close to the budget I want to pay monthly.Thank you all so much for the great opportunity as a first customer experience.

Had a great experience here! The team made sure to get me the best deal possible and keep me within my budget. The finance department even made sure to swap out some add ons to my deal that would give me better coverage in the long run.
