Austin Salvaggio took care of all the details and made things easy for me. I drove up from Pittsburgh, dropped off my trade-in, signed a bunch of papers, and drove home in my new car.

Called about a car, negotiated a price, filled out a
Called about a car, negotiated a price, filled out a credit application (I have perfect credit), and then the sales person didn't call me back for days. I was driving from 3 hours away to purchase a used car so I had to make arrangements to go pick it up so I was expecting to have everything in place with finance rate and a time to pick it up. By the time the salesman called me back days later he still didn't even have an interest rate available for me. I finally just decided to buy a similar vehicle somewhere else and the entire process to a few hours at a different dealership. Bob Johnson dealership gets a thumbs 👎 from me.

Had a Kia Sportage stolen around Thanksgiving of last
Had a Kia Sportage stolen around Thanksgiving of last year. The collision shop in Henrietta was very very helpful and accommodating. The car was totaled. However. Went to BJ MAZDA dealership interested in a used CX-30. Salesman didn't seem to interested in helping me out. Conversation lasted about 5 mins Ended up buying one from a another Mazda dealership that afternoon.
