Great at First, but when I received the final price on
Great at First, but when I received the final price on the truck there was just a few hundred dollars difference from another dealer and the truck from another was a higher package for a couple hundred dollars. He was not very nice and pushy. He told be the Managers were putting pressure on him. But the experience was not good for me .

Buy at your own risk at this dealership. We have purchases several vehicles from here in the past but since it was sold, we will NEVER go back. The only reason we ordered and bought a new Charger thru them was because of Bradley. We could have gone any other dealership but Bradley has always been true to his word. I won't go into what happened after we purchased the Charger [we bought another vehicle and we going to buy a new truck] as it would be writing a book but we purchased an oil change pkg and have at least 1 left. My husband called to make an appointment and the line just stayed busy. He went online to chat that way and no return call or reply back. There are several incidents we had with this dealership but it would take me a very long time to write it all out. Anyway, be forewarned about them

Bait and switch dealership.
Bait and switch dealership. They advertise vehicles at low prices and then refuse to tell me the actual price, only what a monthly payment would be using their preferred financial institute. I figured the price to be approximately 155% of advertised price and interest rate to be 165% of what I was already approved for by my lender. On top of it all I could have paid cash ar msrp for both vehicles I test drove if I had wanted to but could not get a actual price from them.

This dealership is a joke.
This dealership is a joke. They place bait vehicles on their website for ridiculously low prices, and the vehicles are never actually in stock or available to the consumer. When you contact someone regarding the advertised vehicle, they immediately know that vehicle is not available, and they give horrible excuses for why the vehicle is not available and/or why it is listed on the website when it isn't available. Also, I brought my truck in to have a bedliner installed, and after the installation was complete, the tonneau cover did not sit flat all the way around the four sides of the bed, there was what appeared to be some home improvement store bought weather-stripping sticking out from under the corners of the tonneau cover, they scratched the hard top of my truck during the intallation, and now, the bed is always full of water after it rains.

I got a new jeep Grand Cherokee overland it had 4 miles on it now 2800 miles and as been in the shop for almost 30 days it sat for a week before they even looked at not good getting mixed information from service and no calls from GM will never buy there again

This Owner and GSM both are the epitome of a greasy car salesman and they give all the hardworking individuals a bad name. I hope they go bankrupt. Purchased a vehicle and got approved then they wouldn't even work the deal because they were not going to make any money off the car. THEY ABSOLUTELY SUCK!

I purchased a used vehicle on May 2nd, 2024 and while the
I purchased a used vehicle on May 2nd, 2024 and while the salesman was "somewhat" interactive via text throughout my initial interest, it quickly died off once I purchased the vehicle and requested that the manager call me. I had reached out to the dealership on the morning of the 2nd to inquire about a vehicle and throughout the day, the salesman was able to answer some, not all questions I had. Enough to where I decided to move forward with the purchase. The salesman asked that i complete an online finance application to expedite the process as it was a 50-mile drive for me and i would not be at the dealership until after 5pm. I had completed the application and was informed that we would be good to go and he would see me shortly. Once i got to the dealership, I took the vehicle for a test drive and decided that i was interested. From this point forward i waited approx. 2.5 hours for them to "appraise" my trade in and COMPLETE the finance application, even though i had completed it earlier to expedite the process. While this was merely an annoyance, the next day is when the frustration came into play. Leaving the dealership at approx. 830pm to drive over an hour home, i was thrilled but noticed that the rear end wouldn't hold traction when accelerating. It was the next morning during a rainstorm that it appeared to be worse and that's when i noticed that the rear tires had little to no tread on them and immediately texted the salesperson to address my safety concerns. The salesperson responded the following day to let me know that he would speak with his manager. Over the next 3 days, it was crickets, even with my continuous text (to include pictures) until i was told that there was "nothing they could do and if i would like, the manager would reach out to me". Well here i am, roughly 2 weeks later, still sliding on wet pavement, having texted the salesman multiple times and no response. While i am in love with the truck, I am highly disappointed with the customer service and urgency of the staff and CDJR Columbia and would caution anyone thinking about doing business with this dealership. Once they have your signature, its crickets.

I was told yesterday that someone would call me back. I haven't received any calls from anyone. Im want my jeep back and i want to bring this car back. Its a very unfair trade,that wouldn't have happened in the first place had the salesman josh Richardson been honest about the cars value. He claimed it was of equal value and it wasn't even close. When i brought to his attention, he tried playing dumb. Yall may get away with stealing my vehicle but i can guarantee you this. You will end up losing alot of business, because if i had read the reviews from the bbb i wouldn't have gotten myself cheated out of a vehicle that was worth way more than what it was traded for based on lies. Yall have been reported repeatedly for lying to your customers.
I have contacted your business repeatedly and have gotten no resolve. Yall keep saying yall will try to make things right here on this public page. But in real life yall want even return phone calls. Yall are absolutely crooked with no conscience. Like i said earlier. I should have read the reviews on bbb. Yall already have a bad reputation, so i can only tell people beware of this so called business. Yall cheated me and yall know it. Number 1 u would simply give me my jeep back and take your car that u claim is equal in value. Or number 2. Give me the difference in cash. Or number 3. Give me a vehicle of truely equal value. Also the response time is before 7 am this morning. Not 11 am something. They can't even get their time of response truthfully.
