Great personnel, very knowledgeable, courteous and great

Scott Timberlake IS TOP NOTCH

Scott Timberlake very at tentative with your car shopping needs. Always very timely. Super informative and goes out of his way in providing the absolute best care and customer service. Once the car shopping is done he doesn't just drop you like I have experienced in the past, he continues to check in and is still available to help out with car questions concerns anything long after the car shopping is complete. Super very dependable. Hands down ONE OF THE BEST. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Scott Timberlake!!! THE WHOLE VA CARS TEAM IS AWSOME. YOU ALL ARE THE MVP's thanks for everything VA CARS! :)

I have purchased 2 cars at Va Cars and love everything about

Untrustworthy

I have had nothing but issues with this business since the purchase of my car with the finance and service department. I have had to bring my car in 3-4 times for a problem that the car has and it still isn't fixed and have to bring it back to them yet again and while they are coving the cost of repairs I should not have to go through this to fix something. I was also brought back once to fill out more paperwork with turned out to be a whole new contract and now I'm being told I need to return my car for such and such reason and after researching this act I have found that it is called a spot delivery or yo-yo scam and I do not find this place trust worthy and I'm being told I can't get my down payment back all of with is from my understanding against the law via the FTC. They are a bunch of crooks an scam artists and liars and the owner or actual general manager can never be reached

nice/nasty

SUV vehicle may catch on fire next sale didnt repair was told i bought it they didnt sale it to me. safety hazard for customer. a lot of promises were made that were not kept and because my credit was so bad they had to work extra hard to get me a vehicle. i am part to blame because i should have gotten it on paper. they would not put the gas in as promised and i had to take it back to them more than twice for things promised. i received a very nasty attitude when asked by the finance company about how the vehicle was running and they stated "yeah i heard you gave the finance company a list of problems with the vehicle" i stated "yes all of the problems we discussed that you would take a look at and at least honor the repairs as was verbalized to me" they said" well if it costs anything to repair some wires then i guess we will just cancel the deal and you know it was hard for you to get one and we will just refund your deposit" and the next day when i picked it up they said that all we did was top off the fluids like we said and no we didnt look at it or put any more money into it' i said well i hope you fix it before you sale it to another consumer because the short could cause a fire and they kept it that day and stated that i could get my money back tomorrow and that they could charge me 25 dollars a day for the time i had it because i asked for the money i put into the full tank of gas. i left and was able to purchase a much more reliable SUV with great service from Hyman bros. whom i had looked at before but and enclave in my price range was not there at the time
