Nutley KIA has been a fantastic experience in buying my new Seltos. Saleswoman Katherine Ramos is fabulous to work with. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and all about keeping me well informed on any questions I have had, very fast! I have had the pleasure of also doing business with the sales manager Kyle Brown, he's also very friendly, helpful and does all he can to give the best price and discounts he can. All in all, Nutley KIA should be your first stop to purchase your car.

1 Star – Absolutely Terrible Experience with Advisor Joelle I came in today to get the switch panel for my power window and lock fixed. Joelle, the service advisor, told me it would be about a 2-hour wait — fair enough. But guess what? FOUR HOURS LATER, I was still sitting there with ZERO updates from her. I had to walk up to her desk after 2 hours just to get any kind of update. No communication. No courtesy. Nothing. Then, at 11:40 AM, I decided to go outside and check my car myself — and surprise! The car was already DONE, just sitting there. And where was Joelle? Nowhere to be found. No call, no message, not even the basic decency to tell me my car was ready. I’m literally sitting inside waiting like an idiot while the work was completed. I’ve always known Kia Nutley to have top-notch service, but Joelle absolutely ruined that reputation today. If this is the kind of unprofessional, careless service being added to the team, then you’ve lost a loyal customer. One star is too generous for today. Unacceptable.

Our salesman Nick was great - Friendly, knowledgeable, listened to our needs and found the perfect vehicle for us. Mohmed in Finance explained loan terms and extended warranty options well. The overall process was smooth and dare I say, enjoyable. My wife and I were dreading the car shopping/ buying process but these guys were outstanding! The Service Department was great. The service advisor Collen kept me informed about my vehicle. She provided two difference quotes for tires and explained the difference between them.

As always Nutley, Kia is outstanding to deal with... Colleen in service is outstanding... thorough personable and easy to deal with. She explained everything before I gave approval for service... to make things even better. I went home with a squicky clean Sportage.. i will definitely come back to Kia of Nutley.

I came in to look at a new Kia K5 and from the get go, and Kyle pointed me in Nabeel’s direction. Nabeel was super helpful and answered all my questions on the test drive and after that as well. He and the team made the whole process of getting this vehicle super easy and we’re on time with everything. If I could give MORE than 5 stars I would. The best, most efficient car purchase ever. They were fair, honest, and the car was clean and ready as scheduled. Ulises was amazing going over every detail of how to operate the cars features. No rush and the most professional experience from them. Would recommend Nutley Kia to everyone!
