I can't say enough about the wonderful, professional

I can't say enough about the wonderful, professional service that the staff of Kia City, in the Bronx, New York provides. Recently, I leased a 2025 KIA Sportage and I absolutely love it! Big Kudos goes out to Jeff Zonan, and Nick Rocha who made my experience such a smooth and easy transition. Kia City is the go to place if you want a great car and exceptional service.

Worst experience in my life with any dealership.

Worst experience in my life with any dealership. They made a deal to trade in my car, use a credit from that trade-in, cut me a check for the rest and lease me a 2025 Kia Niro. I didn't have the title on me, but I described it in perfect detail and they agreed that it could work when I brought it in. First, they only had one key for the car, and I had to come back to the dealership to get the second key programmed and to collect my check. After calling several different people and being told different things, chasing people down to get a date to come in, making a complaint to corporate, writing an email to the owner/managers/ dealers at the store did I finally get a day to come in to pick up the second key and check. When I came in, I handed the title to Nick, who said it wasn't usable. I told them their guys told me it was to make a sale, and that they had a picture of it in the email sitting for days without anyone letting me know they couldn't use the title. I was told the general manager, Eric Shin, would meet with me and discuss the matter. He ended up blaming me for their mistake, being extremely disrespectful, and talking down to me. All in all, I took my car back and sold it quickly to the Bronx Chevrolet Dealer with the title I had along with some other documents. Do not go to this dealership! They will do anything for a sale, even if it's unethical. They do not care about you once they make their sale. Avoid at all costs. Yonkers Kia is a good place to go if you need another option.

Beware of thier service dept!

Beware of thier service dept! Kevin and his staff tried to rip me off for $2700 for work that wasn't needed. They claim I must hit a major pot hole that I bent everything on my rear driver side. My brother informed me to take it to the dealership I purchased the car. Three tenure mechanis looked at the car and everything was fine. The only thing I needed was a wheel alignment and 4 new tires. Mind you kia city replaced my rear driver side tire that cost me $200. I understand of a misdiagnose. But there's a big difference a something being bent!

First Let me say how happy I am that I walked in to Kia City. I walked in after being subjected to what I suspect was a bait and switch at another dealership in the area. Kia City was about to close but they took care of me, Jerry was awesome! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and honest! I got the car I wanted that evening and it's also within my budget. The whole team at Kia City was just super! Thanks also to Jimmy Sanchez who worked to find the right financier for me. I got a great deal and a long term warranty as well. I highly recommend Kia City. Please stop in and see Jerry Rizvi you will not be disappointed!

After months of looking for deals that matched my modest

After months of looking for deals that matched my modest budget, I was about to give up on having a car. I walked in withouth much hope but in a matter of minutes things brightened up when Amy came to my rescue. She offered me the deal I was looking for. The next day, I was driving a brand new Kia Forte 2024. I highly recommend Bronx KIA and of course, Amy.
