I was pleasantly surprised how I was contacted after my inquiry, and met with me after just having a negative experience at another dealership in Naples. I must say I have been bringing my 2017 outlander since I bought it there for all my service. They have been great to deal with in sales and service I give them a 10 for both I will be buying my next car from them.

The team encountered a problem in replacing a rim which was not stock (i.e., was an out of market wheel). But they came to a solution on installing the new rim which I was happy with after some deliberation. Very friendly service staff!
