Went in for an oil change and issue with eyesight system.

Went in for an oil change and issue with eyesight system. Juan garcia in service was attentive, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Explained how the eyesight system worked when an object appears too close and how to prevent the car from shutting off. Also Taught me how to turn off auto-stop and change clock in preparation for daylight savings time. He went above and beyond with a smile.

Service department efficient and very customer priented. Check in staff very knowledgeable about mechanical questions..Service began on time.. Finished later than predicted because of unexpected software update. Glad it was fixed

Great experience with a Subaru recall for my Impreza.

Great experience with a Subaru recall for my Impreza. The parts were back ordered for quite awhile but I was contacted when they became available. A loaner car was provided because I live about an hour away from the dealership. Additionally, they spent time troubleshooting a longstanding issue with the wiper arms and fixed it when others just recommended getting new blades. I was contacted with updates during the day and the multi-point inspection gave me a heads up about my worn tires. Overall it was a great experience.
