When this place was Whiteman's, it was a definite 5.
When this place was Whiteman's, it was a definite 5. Such a shame selling it to Romeo, service center from the person answering the phone, and immediately putting me on hold with no reason every time I called being promised the car would be fixed in two days to actually taking over a week. Service manager refused to talk to me till the very end. These people are the worst choice for GM & Chevrolet to support.

Set appt and Brought truck in because check engine light
Set appt and Brought truck in because check engine light was on, I had to call them to find out details. They said they had to keep in overnight as they needed more time to find out why. First thing the next morning received a text/email for the results. Was quoted a price along with a timeframe of 7-10 days for waiting on part, they menitioned they checked all gm dealerships around. I called a GM dealership and had it fixed with the part they said was the reason for the check engine light, well check engine light is still on.

Total waste of time.
Total waste of time. Beware of bait and switch. When the car you have an appointment to see magically “just sold” after driving an hour and texting consistently throughout the day. Weird they responded super quick the rest of the time except to tell me not to waste a trip. Avoid this place.
