I have been a loyal customer of this service center,
I have been a loyal customer of this service center, using it since I bought my car here, even though I live far away. The service was consistently great prior to the recent dealership change/acquisition. My experience on this 40,000-mile visit, however, was extremely disappointing and misleading. The service advisor aggressively insisted that Coolant and Transmission Flushes were 'absolutely necessary.' After reviewing the official Mazda owner's manual (even the 'Severe Driving' schedule), I confirmed these fluids are not required until 120,000 miles. I was successfully oversold over $1,200 worth of unnecessary maintenance and chemicals. This aggressive, misleading upselling is unacceptable for a loyal customer, and it means I will not return to this service center.

I recently bought a used Mazda. Having driven a 25 year old car, I knew the learning curve would be high. I soon found out when I tried making a u turn in a neighborhood driveway. The protective rubber came off. I found myself at Victory Mazda to get it reattached. Phay was the Service Representative. He was helpful, explaining the problem and the solution. He directed me to the waiting area where I enjoyed a decaf coffee. Once the rubber was reattached, at my request, Phay assisted me with basic info on how to use some of the accessories. I was very pleased with the service I received at Victoria Mazda. As a neophyte Mazda car owner, I will continue to have questions that may arise and will look forward to reaching out to Victory Mazda Service Representatives for the answers..

Staff were friendly and my car was serviced in a timely manner. I wish the staff at the front desk of the service department would take the time to explain things. I drove up w/a flat tire-one look and they said you need to buy a new tire. Tried to sell me a set of 4. I get his logic, but wasn’t told during tire change portion of services that a nail was found or tread wear was unsafe. I just got a video saying tread wear was in the yellow.

Service was fast and customer service was great. My car was washed as promised and no hiccups at checkout. I think I found my permanent Mazda dealership.
