I was searching for a whole came across this dealership & I Have to say they have a pretty good Inventory AND Staff! Everyone was so patient and helpful due to my challenged credit. I appreciate them.

Absolutely terrible experience.

Absolutely terrible experience. This dealership blatantly false advertised the price of the car I was interested in. The cost is an additional 25% . The car had damage they dont disclose online . What was listed online and what they tried to charge me in person were completely different — thousands more, with bogus fees tacked on that they couldn’t even explain. Total bait-and-switch tactic. On top of that, the staff was unprofessional and rude. I asked for clarification on the price difference and instead of helping, they acted like I was wasting their time. One employee even rolled their eyes when I asked for a breakdown of the cost. This place is shady and clearly only interested in tricking customers. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. You’ll thank yourself later.

BEWARE SCAM!

BEWARE SCAM! Price does not show 25% of Downpayment, they tell you the price over the phone you go and drive to the dealership and ONLY at the time of making the deal, they will tell you the 25% Downpayment hidden in short letters from the website. Wasted my time. 25% was around $7000 more on the real price. Liars!

*SCAMMER ALERT* Whatever you do DO NOT do business with this dealership 1. The advertised internet price is NOT the price. It is a REFLECTIVE price AFTER a 25% deposit in addition to dealership fees. Add anywhere from $5k-$8k to the advertised price to know the actual out the door price. I came into this dealership Oct 2024 originally wanting a specific car and the sales reps Janine and Z both assured me the vehicle would be there for me to look at and test drive. So imagine my shock when I arrive and the car was NOT there. It took them 2 hours to get the car over after telling me it was "only 20 mins away". During my wait I ended up falling in love with a different vehicle and decided to go through with it's purchase. The internet price advertised $17,000 however upon sitting down the actual price was closer to $24,000. Complete bait and switch. However due to the wait and overall inconvenience we negotiated the price down a bit and I decided to still move forward. My credit was ran and a deposit was paid and I was assured the car would be delivered to me the following day after we finished finalizing the documents. The next day it's crickets, nobody reaches out to me and nobody is returning my phone calls. I go onto the website to see that not only is my vehicle still listed for sale, but the pricing has increased by $5k. When I finally reach someone they tell me they can't sell me the vehicle because "they can't find the title to the car" LOL! But they assure me that once they get it they will sell me the vehicle and that the only reason they raised the price online is to discourage other buyers from also trying to make the purchase. I give them the benefit of the doubt and over the course of 3 weeks they still somehow claim that they can't find the title. This is after 3 weeks of me having to chase them down for any sort of communication as any promises of returned calls were never fulfilled. They continuously try to get me to buy lesser quality versions of the car I wanted and I finally decide that enough is enough and I'd just like a refund. Janine tells me that my refund check will be sent out the next business day, no problem. 10 business days later when I still haven't received my check (which is odd since we're located in the same state) I call and inquire to its whereabouts just to be told it hasn't been sent out, but they'll send it out the next day. 5 business days after this I again call and am again told by Janine that it hasn't been sent out. So 15 days after being told my refund check will be mailed, it still hasn't been mailed. At this point I'm sick of this dealership playing games with me so I tell her I'll pick it up in person. I texts and ask her what day and time I should come in and she leaves me on read. I call in and tell them I'll be coming in to collect my check and they assure me it's ready for me to pick it up. However when I finally do arrive Janine and Z have a bewildered look on their faces and tell me they don't have my refund check??? I let them know that I will not be leaving until I get it so they run around for a bit and frantically make phone calls and finally just end up going into their own wallets to pay me back my refund in cash. I ask her why she didn't respond to my text asking about the pick up and she pretends she doesn't hear me. It's clear to me they never had any intention of selling me the car and used the rouse of not knowing where the title is to attempt to sell the vehicle at a higher price to someone else. Jokes on them as the vehicle is still currently listed 4 months later and at a much lower price than the price I was set to buy it for. It is also clear to me they never had any intention of giving me my refund and they hoped I wouldn't actually travel the 3hours it takes me to get there to pick it up. These people are scammers, liars and crooks with 0 customer service experience AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This dealership is lying to people, advertising cars with

This dealership is lying to people, advertising cars with a 25% less because the price is based on you putting a 25% down, thats not the way of listing a car, so when you go to the dealership you will have to pay 25% more of the price. Those are not the rules to advertise online. I drove from Miami more than 20 hours and they lied over email, and phone and tried to lie in my face.

The entire staff at universal were amazing from start to

The entire staff at universal were amazing from start to finish. I had doubts about purchasing a far from a third party dealer but this place made me change my mind. Courteous, Attentive & got me approved with comfortable and affordable monthly payments. I Would Highly Recommend

I had arrived to the dealership in Bellmore at the

I had arrived to the dealership in Bellmore at the scheduled appointment time with my wife regarding the car we were highly interested in test driving and very likely to purchase. When we arrived, not only was the car not available in the lot to test drive, as promised, they were aggressively trying to sell us a different car (same make and model) with triple the mileage and at the same price. Needless to say to say, we were highly disappointed. They gave us the runaround and eventually said the car we were interested in was in another affiliated dealership. The other dealership was located about 20-30 minutes away. Jenny (the manager) and Zuhair (sales associate) promised they would reach out to me later in the day or the following day (this was Friday). I did not receive a call or text, so I decided to reach out and left a message with Zuhair the following day. Again, no response. In summary, this was a highly disappointing experience and wrong on so many levels. I decided to go forward with my search and found another vehicle (same make and model) elsewhere. Jenny did reach out to me around a week later regarding my continued interest in the car. By this time, I had moved on and was not interested in another bait and switch move as all good faith had been lost in their dealership.
