I had the VERY BEST customer service experience today thanks to Dondi, Service Manager at Contemporary Motor Cars of Little Silver, NJ! While the service at this dealership is always good and friendly, Dondi went out of his way to rectify what had the potential to escalate to a larger problem. He took charge; prioritized, while paying attention to the fine details and I couldn't be more impressed! Thank you sir! Consider me a very grateful, loyal customer.

Excellent experience. Second purchase from Contemporary. Staff is a pleasure to work with, facility is beautiful. Low stress, professional, low key. Robert Cavalieri is an excellent salesman to work with, he looks to understand exactly what his customers want and keeps them posted with anything that comes in that might be right for them.

I have done business with Contemporary Motor Cars for 17...
I have done business with Contemporary Motor Cars for 17 years. In all that time their service has been excellent, to the point where my wife and I both have purchased/leased several MBs from them. My recent experience with Robert Cavalieri, a CMC salesman is a good example. Robert guided me through the various options available to me following the expiration of my current lease, which wasn't easy given the dearth of available cars right now. In just a matter of an hour or so we came to a good solution and I have leased yet another MB from CMC. A pleasure.
