The car I received was broken and in no condition to drive. Despite this, I never even received the vehicle in the state I paid for. The situation got worse when it came to the financial side of things. Not only was I forced to deal with the broken car, but when I asked for a refund, they only partially refunded the loan, leaving me with significant financial losses. Their lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for customer service is shocking. At this point, I am pursuing criminal charges and taking them to civil court. Bank fraud will be placed. It’s a nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. BEWARE of this business. If you’re thinking about making a purchase here, think twice. Stay far away from Bal Harbour Motor Group LLC.
