Jesse (as well as all Bozzani Personel) treat me and my daughters Jetta like we are one of the family. Jesse never rushes me in or out, and always takes GREAT care of our car as well as shares the Classic VW passion. He make me feel like a family member and the COOL Coffee Machine and donuts are a real TREAT!! I bought my Volkswagon at a different dealership but bring my car to this dealership for all maintenance and work. I have found the service team to be very helpful and informative. They are always eager to discuss and explain the services they are providing and recommending. I work close to the dealership so it is very convenient to drop off my car and I always pick it up washed and vacuumed. I think prices tend to be a little high (although I have nothing to compare it too since this is my first volkswagon car) but I subscribe to their email list and always bring a coupon. I know my car is being taken care of when I bring it here.

They knew what they were doing and are friendly. Work with me for the price. Even though I knew I was paying too much because I checked prices before going there, I just trust their workmanship.

Was looking for a car for my daughter. Byron did a great job explaining each vehicle and was not high pressure. He was very patient and made the experience outstanding. The entire process was very short, as we purchased a certified, pre-owned Jetta. The vehicle was reasonably priced and a good value.

I came in to browse your selection of passat volkswagons, Samantha was very knowledgeable, very,very helpful, she provided me with the options I needed to make a quick desicion. She also went above and beyond helping me figure out how much would be required to pay off my cuurent loan. As the trade in was upside down at this time I was not able to do the purchase, however as soon as I am even or pay this vw off I will be back to buy my 5th car from BOZZANI 3 Volkswagons which include 1 Van, 1 Jetta Gls, and 1 new bettle, and 1 Volvo all purchased from a great dealership I would never go anywhere else.
