Excellent Service, Easy breezy for my new 2018 Raptor !!!

Ron Watts is the best ! I came down the afternoon and within 30 minutes we agreed on the price then 2 hours later I drove a nice 2018 Raptor home. Thanks Ron, you made my truck buying experience so easy.

Awesome experience 2018 ford fusion

Ron is great! Very attentive, personable, professional, respectable of potential buyers and very knowledge about Ford products. The purchasing experience was extraordinary since it was not the rake the buyer over experience! For that I recommend Ron highly and all that were involved in my purchase ie.. Eric and the finance personnel. It was over all my best car buying experience!

Great Customer Service

The past 4 years I’ve had excellent service from Lake Elsinore Ford’s service department, so I had no reservations when it was time to get a new car. My salesman Leo Wiltz, found the perfect Focus for me and worked with me getting the right monthly payment. After my exceptional car buying experience there’s no doubt Lake Elsinore Ford will continue to earn my business. Their great customer service will make you smile.

Grate experience

I love this place, I've bought at least 20 new car over my lifetime and this dealership is there to make your car buying experance a pleasurable experience. My salesman very knowledgeable, general sales manager great guy and extremely motivated in helping you put the perfect deal together. Finance the last step, Cindy did an exceptional job. We needed a plan B and she had it set up even before I new we needed it. So thanks to all of you. Rich my salesman, Steve sales manager and Cindy in finance . Great job. Oh I forgot the most important thing my new truck, lovin it!!!

Best dealership in the area....

Purchased a 2017 Explorer with Limited trim and the staff was amazing. This is my second purchase from Ford and still drive the 03 Conversion E-150. But my review is directly to the agent and support staff at Lake Elsinore Ford. My initial contact was by internet and after a simple credit application my connection was made and after a few signatures the new car was delivered to my home. The whole process took 3 hours. If your slammed with time like me I strongly recommend this dealership. Straight talk, to the point and no upsell or drama. I have 3 new car purchases in 2018 scheduled and I’m confident with the service I just received will be served again.

F150 purchase

Leo was great. He did not try to pressure me and he asked questions to get to know me. He was able to meet my needs at a price and payment that was very acceptable to me. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Cheated out of military rebate at Memorial Day sales!

Miserable sales experience! High pressure/"old school" confusing tactics by Lake Elsinore Ford sales dealer, Chris Jewel. Cheated out of military rebate at Memorial Day sales promotion. Added rebate to base price before "applying" it to numbers on contract. HORRIFIC experience that taints my feelings about this car purchase. As far as the Escape is as a car - it's not perfect but we're very happy with it.

Car has never performed better

Nicol Hudnall spearheaded a warranty repair from start to finish, supported by Service Manager Chad Evarts and an extraordinary team; the result was a car that now runs better than it ever has since it was purchased…great work, guys!
