I have had Multiple issues with my XT4 with continual Oil leaks. I have Documentation stating the issues before my car went out of warranty but have hit a roadblock with the service department . The sevice Manager, Jeff, told me last Wednesday he would call me before he left at 1:00, no call, I have left messages for him on Friday and Monday with no response. Today, I called GM to get assistance , this has been a very frustraiting experiance as they have seen my car 4 times in the last three three months for the same thing ! I would NOT reccomend this Dealer for anything !

I contacted GM Customer support, made an appointment at a different Dealer and within a day had my situation resolved with GM financial assistance. Your Dealership gave my Wife the run around for over a month. I am now going to purchase a new GMC Terrain Denali, could have been a Cadillac.
