Nick was very helpful once I decided which Soul I wanted. His manager worked with me to get the price as close to what I could afford to spend. I was very satisficed with both gentlemen.

Great Customer Service
Connor Crossley made my car buying experience relaxed and enjoyable. He took the time to make sure I knew what came next in the process and made sure I was comfortable. He did not go and leave me sitting and waiting by myself wondering what was going on. That is very much appreciated. David and John were great also very pleasant and professional Thanks Guys. Awful company Awful service...RUN
ABSOLUTE SHAM OF A COMPANY....RUN Where do I start. Big Red Sports took possession of my car in January of 2019 due to engine failure on a 2016 Kia. They initially tried to claim the engine failure was my fault and make me pay $7000 to replace it, even though I had perfect service records and Kia had been sued in several class action lawsuits related to the exact engine failure I experienced. After having to contact an attorney they finally agreed to replace the engine under the warranty, they kept the car for over 9 months. When the car was finally ready, Renea (Service Manager) told me we had two days to pick up the car or they would start charging me $45 a day. After explaining that we lived nearly two hours away and asked if we could pick the car up in four days rather than the two, Renea flat out refused. Renea stated that they had been covering the rental car for 9 months, as if it was out of the kindness of their heart and not because their engine failed under warranty due to manufacturing defects that left engine shavings in the oil. She also had the nerve to say 'well we shouldn't have been servicing your car anyways, as there is a dealership slightly closer to you in Lawton. Really.....REALLY? Well if that were the case you should have said something when you took possession of the car, not 9 months later when you are trying to again screw over a customer. I have never seen a 'manager' treat a customer worse than Renea. Even new managers have a basic understanding of right and wrong, and do what they can to take care of a customer. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS to this company, you will absolutely regret it. I asked Renea if after keeping the car for 9 months why they couldn't keep it an additional two days without charging us, as we had to make arrangements to get time off of work to drive to the dealership two hours away. I asked her if this was the right thing to do for a customer, the right way to treat a customer, who has frankly been through hell for the last 9 months. She stated it was and she was proud of the service she provided. She really said that! LOL I would be embarrassed if I were her, and if I was in charge of who was managing my dealership's service department I'd be embarrassed by her actions and I would certainly question her judgement.

Absolutely horrible. Switch and bait for sure! Not truthful
The facility is disgusting. Sales people are extremely unprofessional. In the first two minutes of entering the building the sales associate said F@€£ seven times and called their co worker a xxxxx idiot. They refused to show us the sticker price on a vehicle. Which we knew because we had researched for three weeks and visited four other Kia dealerships. They priced the vehicle $7K over MSRP and then tried to lie about it. Stated on the phone they had the vehicle we were looking for, actually said “im looking right it”. When we got there, yep, no vehicle. This dealership is a joke. I should have listened to friends who told us their horror stories and how awful Big Red Kia in Norman is. FYI. We ordered the vehicle we wanted exactly how we wanted it from Ferguson Kia in Tulsa for MSRP!!! If I could give zero stars I would for sure.

Be weary
I basically know there is absolutely nothing we can do about this because my husband signed the contract, but be weary of this place. I called the dealership beforehand and gave then the stock# of the vehicle we wanted to come look at. They verified they had it in stock. I ask if they would honor the internet pricing. They said yes. We get there, I show them the screenshot of the vehicle we came to look at. The screenshot included the VIN# as well as the stock#. The guy says yes they gave me the key to it earlier, I will go get it. The car he brings looks exactly like the internet picture. Same color, same interior, same year, same model, etc. I did not cosign with my husband so I did not get to look as close to everything as I normally or should have. My husband is use to me handling this kind of stuff. Anyways, he goes in and signs everything. We are headed home and I am looking at the contract and they charged him $1013 more. And yes I know there are taxes and fees. They definitely charged us more. I call to talk to the manager and comes to find out we had actually bought a different vehicle than the one online and basically there was nothing he could do because hey my husband did sign the contract. No one told us that it was a different vehicle. I had even put the wrong vehicle on our insurance because I just used the VIN# on the screenshot of the vehicle we thought we was buying. The VIN#s were even very close. The dealer kept offering free oil changes and saying we had buyers remorse. We do not have any buyers remorse. We picked the car we wanted online and had every intention of purchasing that vehicle. I even told them we could come change the vehicle for the one we thought we was buying, but obviously they are not going to do that. Buzz Banfield (General Manger) showed no empathy and Big Red Sports has zero integurity.

Worst dealership experience
It seems no one at Big Red knows how to write a contract (there were 3 attempts made). Customer service is the poorest I’ve seen dealership or otherwise. When no title came after 30 days OTAG was contacted only to find out the title from the previous owner had not been completed correctly either! There is either an extreme lack of knowledge and processes or an extreme lack of integrity at Big Red Sports and Imports. To top it all off after 6 days of us contacting the dealership to have the car picked up the general manger Buzz wouldn’t even get on the phone with me. So glad this horrendous experience is over.
