Christopher Watson's service was excellent and very
Christopher Watson's service was excellent and very professional, but the place where I had to wait was so dirty, smelled bad, and didn't look good. The garbage was complete and almost fell. They have to put more effort into cleaning the office. Also, there was a miscommunication when I called to confirm the appointment. The lady didn't find the appointment, and I had to call again. Another lady found it, so I had to call twice for that.

They completely messed up my financing contract, it
They completely messed up my financing contract, it basically needs to be done again. They have not returned any of my phone calls and never sent anything via email. I'm still waiting for someone to respond. In the meantime I am driving the car with no loan in process and I don't understand why it is my job to fix this
