I was 2 days past my inspection date and also needed an
I was 2 days past my inspection date and also needed an oil change. They told me 2 of my tires wouldn't pass inspection and the others were marginal. I said replace the 2 tires and was told I'd also need an alignment. They also said my rear brakes were close to needing replacement, but I said don't do those now. Then the service Mgr said I would need all 4 tires replaced or the car would drive funny. I said ok do all 4 tires, the alignment, oil change & inspection. They had to order the tires, so I had to wait til the next day. But they did give me a loaner. When I went to pay the bill, I saw that they ended up doing everything INCLUDING the brakes, saying it was needed to pass inspection. Not what I was originally told. The Service Mgr promised he'd "cut me a deal". The total bill was over $2600 and the "deal" was $108 off! Wow! What a deal! They overcharge and always tell me I need way more stuff than I came in for. NEVER going there again and will tell everyone I know about my experience. I'm SO glad I bought my vehicle at another dealer. At least they didn't get that sale.

Brought my caddy in for inspection. Was told I needed to replace all 4 tires-which was odd since I had a flat within the last 6 months and had already done my back two tires. I then took their "recommended service list" which had 6 things on it to another mechanic who told me I didnt need half of it. They are Shady AF and overpriced. They lie. and even though I cant prove it I will never buy another caddy or go to this service shop ever again. And I will spread the word through Rochester and ALL MY CLIENTS not to go here.

After purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle from one of the so called best dealer ships in my area It has been nothing but a unpleasant experience in the service department l, I have only had the car for 8 months and have had to visit the service department almost 5 different occasions, they refuse to be honest and address issues in a professional manner. Understand there will be a diagnosis fee. Even on parts covered under your warranty, they will call u reassure you there is no fee o my until you are there to pickup your vehicle and hit I with a 210 diagnoses fee. This dealership is a joke in the service department.

Valley Cadillac is very clear with customers about diagnostic charges. We were very clear with you. You signed and initialed your repair order for that charge. Your 2017 Chevrolet Impala was not sold to you as a certified pre-owned vehicle. Your extended warranty does not cover maintenance. It is really unfortunate that your rude/loud behavior resulted in the police needing to be called. This is a pattern for you and our employees do not deserve to be yelled at and threatened every time you come in. It is best that you take your vehicle elsewhere for repairs.
Valley Cadillac should’ve also felt it was best that I have not spent my hard earned money with them as well. Also you guys are very unprofessional and hire complete imbeciles that lie and steal from the very same people that supported your business. I will never bring MY 2017 impala to you guys again so don’t worry, but I also have proof that the vehicle was sold to me as a certified pre-owned car so maybe we can have a different conversation in court. Also if Maintenance for a car part isn’t covered under my extended warranty when the company the warranty is under says otherwise then why have your salesperson’s go the extra mile to purpose the offer during their sales pitch, knowing you guys will go the extent to work around it the best u can. You guys are pathetic and should do better, based off your reviews that should be your number one priority.

Robert, Yes, you had some issues that were clearly under warranty. You also had some issues that may not have been covered under warranty. Once we got into the issue, we would be able to determine if it was covered or not. We let you know that if an issue was not covered there could be a charge. We let people know that upfront so there are no surprises. You called Cadillac and they let you know the same thing; you might have to pay. I had the sales manager call you the next morning to see what we could do to help you. You had already called Cadillac and did not want to talk about it. $800.00 per hour! We do not charge $800.00 per hour.

I would like to start by saying the sales side of the house was fantastic. Alecia did an amazing job and I would recommend her to anyone in the market and an automobile. Service however.... WOW. My wife and I were so proud of ourselves for being at a point in our life where we could purchase an Escalade! After purchase, we noticed there were no mats in the car- we made that part of the purchase agreement that the car should have mats. Alecia made that happen! On the drive home we noticed at 40 MPH the rotors were shaking when braking. We alerted them and they said bring it back in. This is a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED I might add... But we had to go back for the Mats anyways. So I get there, they said "yep this is our bad we missed this we are just going to SHAVE the rotors". I said NO WAY. on a 100k automobile you are going to replace these as that's the right thing to do. After much back and forth, they have me bring it in for repair. They replaced the FRONT rotors ONLY. After tons of back and forth and me asking for all 4 to be done at once this was all they would do. I have been waiting for 3 weeks with NO CALL BACK from service... I have no choice but to write this review in hopes that the owner gets in touch as service will not get me their info. The rotors should be replaced. It was The service teams miss and they are trying to put a band aid on it. - A new customer.... And possible 1 time customer if this isnt made right

Mike, I spoke with your service writer Ashley. She said that things went smoothly during your repair. Knowing that you are very meticulous she checked your car out before you got here and walked you outside when you picked up your car. She asked you how everything looked and you said everything was fine. We are happy to work with you to address any concerns that you had the next day.
