I have used Autostar Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Silverthorne dealership for the past 1 1/2 years to service my 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X. I recently came in to receive Warranty Service on my cracked Mopar Windshield Made With Corning Gorilla Glass Warranty. The service department prepared the claim with pictures, etc. The service advisor called later that day and said the claim was rejected. Basically I have legally binding warranty clearly shows that I am well within the warranty period. I met with the Operations Director in person and it's been a run around ever since. Amazing that they would rather lose a customer than do the right thing (and probably legal) with regard to honoring the warranty.

kakalstad01, Your claim #T8827SS was submitted 04/14/2025 and was rejected with the following comments… "Rejected...The vehicle is beyond the warranty guidelines for visual concerns in windshields, including stress cracks, or rock/road debris damage to a factory installed Gorilla Glass Windshield." Please call the consumer claims hotline for Jeep 800-521-9922 to plead your case as Autostar does not have the legal authority to approve or deny factory warranty claims.
