Subaru Georgetown refused to honor their deal of $500 for

Subaru Georgetown refused to honor their deal of $500 for my car. They lost the paper work, I keep leaving voicemails and they refuse to take my calls. Worst service ever.

We purchased this 2020 crosstrek in 2022 from Georgetown

We purchased this 2020 crosstrek in 2022 from Georgetown Subaru. A few weeks ago the paint on the roof began chipping, then suddenly delaminated and completely rusted. I went in to see if they could do anything for us, and I’ve never been so mistreated. The salesman looked at me like I was an annoyance when I walked in, proceeded with an insulting line of questioning trying to pin the fault on me and interrupting me at every turn, then finally told me they “don’t handle body complaints here, call corporate.” Knowing I wouldn’t get any help from this person, I left and am pursuing other avenues. They didn’t even come out to look at the car, just looked out the window across the parking lot. No “sorry this happened,” or “I wish there was something we could do to help.” He basically told me to get lost. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.

Excellent customer service provided by Bobby.

Excellent customer service provided by Bobby. He took the time to explain the work that was completed on my vehicle. Love the walk through video! Although I live an hour away and there is Subaru dealership in town, the great service at Subaru Georgetown is why I come here.

George Pelonis & the whole service crew are the best!

George Pelonis & the whole service crew are the best!! They did a thorough job, test drove my vehicle before & after service to assure total road safety, applied all warranty & discounts that applied, were quick & informative. I enjoyed the complimentary specialty coffees/teas made by their personal barista. They make you feel comfortable & valued at this dealership, which surpasses a great deal of their competitors or other Subaru dealerships. I look forward to continuing my service needs at this dealership primarily. God bless you all!

This is the first time I went to your dealer and I love the way your service , take care customer very good even I contacted online sine 07/15/2025 Santiago Velandia is number one always contacted me and let me know about the good deal offer for customer and what kind of car I looking for until 11/2025 I went to your dealer with my sisters without appointment , your team Alberto Campos and Santiago Velandia take good care of us , let us know all about the options of the cars and what car we need so me and my sisters decided to buy 2 Subaru Outback at your dealer and don’t want to waste time to shop around. We like your dealer and talk to my friends and family to tell them come to yours. We had our first free oil change.

We had our first free oil change. We had an appointment and they had us in and out in 45 minutes. We were provided with a video by the technician as he checked everything under the car. It was a very cold morning, and we enjoyed complimentary hot chocolate and cookies from the coffee bar. Erfan, our sales rep, came by and visited with us. DeeAnna, our Service Rep, brought the keys to yus and went over the paperwork of what was done, and let us know when the next oil change and checkup should be before walking us to the door. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and we left feeling like our business was appreciated.

There is one major reason why we continue to buy Subarus.

There is one major reason why we continue to buy Subarus. It’s not the incredible safety rating or the awesome interior of our Ascent Touring. It’s not the AWD capability that adds peace of mind. The reason I return is the amazing service we receive from this service department. George has worked with me a couple times now and he is the reason I recommend Subarus (and G/town Subaru) to friends. Professional, straightforward and honest service that is timely and priced well. Anything that can be covered under warranty is, and it’s done without haggling or shenanigans. I trust my family’s vehicle with these folks and it helps to know that I’ve got them in my corner when I am away for work. What more can you ask for?!
