After my routine transmission service, I drove home and

After my routine transmission service, I drove home and all my fluid leaked out. Had to have it towed back and repaired. I missed a social occasion. I’ve asked repeatedly to have the spill cleaned up. Garrett sent out someone who didn’t have the equipment or expertise to clean it. I’m still waiting for the cleanup. My HOA is dinging me for the mess. I would ask that a professional come and clean the spill.!!!

Seamless transaction, price advertised online was accurate. David was a great help sending videos of the car to me before making the drive from Miami. Will definitely be coming back for my car purchase.

I've been there twice to have a sensor replaced last time

I've been there twice to have a sensor replaced last time they received the wrong part I am still awaiting a call that the part has arrived. Please have them check the and make sure the correct part is in the box

Contacted Bobby in sales and was told he would send me

Contacted Bobby in sales and was told he would send me numbers for the car I wanted and it never happened. I emails 8 hrs later and he said he was busy and his manager would send them. Still received nothing. Called and emailed over the next 3 days and no one had the decency to respond.

Online advertised price was not what the actual price in

Online advertised price was not what the actual price in the dealership. The reconditioning fees are unreasonable. David Tran was great to work with, if it wasn’t for him I would have kept searching.

Sales manager promised I could get a 100,000 mile

Sales manager promised I could get a 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. After signing papers and car was delivered, no powertrain warranty. Called Sales Manager, he said they could not do that warranty. Told me I could keep the car or send it back. Call General Manager, did not get that warranty but one that worked for me. Be sure to double check the final paperwork
