I have had the most expensive experience with this
I have had the most expensive experience with this dealership, and I previously worked there under the Marsh ownership. I dealt with Cary Evans, who sold my daughter a Kia Sorrento, with a $3000 extended warranty. When the engine failed the warranty refused to fulfill their obligation, and Cary referred me to his Manager Steve Gilman - who also replied that the warranty company would not cover the cost. His reason was that we were sold a car with an outstanding recall. That was the total fault of Serra, and they did NOT disclose that at purchase. Do not deal with people like this. The salesman was Cary Evans - a former friend.

This dealership has definitely changed after changing
This dealership has definitely changed after changing hands to the Serra Group. Doug has told me since November that he would get me into a glass shop to fix the Defroster Tab that came unaffiliated with the window surface. It's now almost March and it so is not resolved! The Gaylord dealership is much worse than Kalkaska as their technicians cannot glue the Tab onto the window properly. Avoid the Gaylord dealership at all costs!!! This should be covered under Warranty but still not fixed!

Both Tiffany and Steve were very easy to work with.
Both Tiffany and Steve were very easy to work with. We purchased a '23 Jeep Renegade last Thursday, hauled it home to Midland on the carrier we brought our trade in on, only to find out that the '23 would not start. To my knowledge they still haven't determined what was wrong with it. But luckily they had '21 on the lot, and worked with us to get me in that vehicle. As my prior vehicle was no longer drivable, and I was in need of transportation as soon as possible, this was a blessing. I had decided on the Jeep Renegade with the limited package after driving one at Feeny Chrysler in Midland. That dealership lost my business for life when they sold the '21 model in less than three hours from the time I drove it. I requested they hold it until my husband could look at it when he got out of work. Returned to the dealership, (they couldn't even be bothered to call,) to find it gone!! I then spent hours online trying to find a similar vehicle. I located three in Kalkaska at Serra, one wasn't yet processed, so I had a choice of two. If I could have done anything different, it would have been to take the '21 to begin with and saved a second trip to Kalkaska. They have even ordered two new key fobs, as this vehicle only had one after market fob available. They didn't have to do that, but I do appreciate it! So if you need a vehicle, I'd give Serra in Kalkaska a chance, they made a difference in a situation that was unusual and nothing like I had ever encountered in 45 years of car buying. And Tiffany even called us Friday evening to make sure we had made it home in the snow and that the '21 was running well. That's amazing follow up!
