It was a very nice experience to purchase my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Bradshaw Chrysler Jeep. We happened to be introduced to a new sales person on their team and he treated us very nicely and politely. The dealership is nice and home town feeling and all of the staff that I worked with were friendly and very helpful.

Buying a new used car at Bradshaw's was quite enjoyable. The vehicles on the lot were clean, and ready to drive. Working with Will Cruz, made my decision easy to make. He is very knowlegable, and provided all the answers to my questions, about my new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.

We just bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 Summit from Bradshaw Chrysler Jeep. Mackey Harris was very helpful and not at all "pushy", like some salespeople can be. My husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge of the Jeep line. Jack Bradshaw was also great to deal with. Pricing was more than fair and we received a good price on our trade-in. All in all, it was a quick and easy decision to purchase through Bradshaw. We couldn't be happier with the Jeep or the service we received.

I had a wonderful experience with Bradshaw Jeep in Oakville when I purchased my Jeep Cherokee. Everyone was friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a vehicle.

What a great experience every time I come in to service center always very helpful and friendliness. I am so glad you have Norman Denault working in your service center , I come in there because of him. I own a 2012 Jeep Compass . I have little over 7,000 miles on my Jeep . He told I was due for tire rotate with my oil change . Also, my tire light was on . Norman told me all tires were little low due to the cold temperatures, outside, the one that had serviced my Jeep set to proper tire pressures. I waited for my oil change, tire rotation and check tire pressures, I was gone in about 35 minutes. Norman , showed me on the front drivers door were the proper tire pressures are if this happens, again. I don't have to come back for 8,000 miles , wow , unless my oil change light comes on or I have an issue with my Jeep. So hard to find time to go to the dealer for service . During the month of October I visited my local Chrysler Jeep Dealership to inquire about leasing a new Jeep. Jack Bradshaw thoroughly walked me through the process.I had never leased a vehicle.I owned the 2008 Jeep Laredo I was considering trading in. After reviewing the pros and cons, and with Jack's able guidance I decided to go ahead with a lease option. Sales consultant, William Cruz, then walked me through the many driver friendly features of my new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd. I have been a satisfied customer of Bradshaw Chrysler Jeep for many years and have been very satisfied with the Service/Parts Dept., and of course, Sales.

I am not one to write reviews but I just had to in this instance. Great overall experience. Great price on a Chrysler 200 limited. No hassle, honest fair , no pressure. They really seem to be looking out for your best interest, not just putting you into a car. Knowledgeable about their product, as well as the competition. Both Jack , and John were helpful and friendly. Customer Service is a priority and it shows from the moment you walk through the door.

Bradshaw Chrysler Jeep was very courteous and informative regarding their Jeep line. They took their time to explain the new ins and outs of the new Jeeps, the features they offered and fit a Jeep to the pricepoint my family was comfortable with. The test drive was informative and the salesperson gave a detailed explanation of all the features and what separated Jeep from the rest. I had a monthly budget that we had to stay in and the sales manager worked the numbers a few different ways and gave us all the options to meet our budget restraints. We ended up purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, and growing up in Watertown, I could not be prouder to call Bradshaw Jeep a great hometown car dealership.
