They told me my truck needed new heater lines and it has

They told me my truck needed new heater lines and it has less Than 60,000 miles and never leaked oil and now all of a sudden it leaks oil, I had another person look at it the line had been loosened, trying to charge me another 700 dollars for some xxxx they did.

Troy was a huge help in assisting my purchase.

Troy was a huge help in assisting my purchase. The entire team involved however, stayed late to ensure I was pleased with my purchase. I could be more pleased.

Our experience was great!

Our experience was great!! The entire staff made you feel at home and welcome not only our personal sales person but the others would visit with you as well. We really like the none pushy sales atmosphere and not feeling pressured to do anything!

I’m an understanding person however the lack of

I’m an understanding person however the lack of communication even after I asked for it was never received. I have dropped my car off multiple times for the same issue and was never called when it was done, provided with any explanation, went without my family car to be left to walk in the rain to take my kids to school and work after the second time your technicians attempted to fix the check engine light. I had to be the one to follow up. The shop manager wouldn’t even take the time to talk with me to discuss what next steps would be needed due to the time I arrived was too close to his leaving time. I finally picked up my vehicle and the gas light was on due to it being ran to cool off after I was called. During the call I said I would be there as soon as possible, not for my car to be running the entire time to have it chug to get to the gas station across from the dealership. The main reason it was in the shop was for fuel exhaust leak, can’t imagine drying out my gas tank and fuel pump would be helpful. At this point I have lost all confidence in the ability for the shop to at least troubleshoot my car and the ability for communication. I have on numerous occasions explained that I drive the car so I completely understand the process of the technicians not being able to fix it right away and that it may take time and research with other technicians, but I didn’t receive any communication even after all of my attempts to be very kind and 110 percent understanding with all the set backs. Even for the things that were previously done and under my past history that was not taken in consideration and I paid for twice when it didn’t need to be. I will be taking my car and recommending others too for timely service and at least communication.

Excellent communication.

Excellent communication. Truck was exactly as represented. Mark and Ben were very professional and had everything ready when I arrived. Even picked me up at the airport. After a test drive, I was out the door in 15 minutes with a full tank of fuel! Couldn't have asked for anything more. Best internet buying experience I've ever had!

Our Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet salesperson, Mark

Our Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet salesperson, Mark Livengood, was most helpful in guiding us through the assessment and suitability of the product I ultimately chose. The purchase process was smooth with no pressure and felt he was very interested and knowledgeable of my vehicle desires. He kept the purchase process "on track" and offered lots of discussion for a better understanding of my questions while keeping the process on track. All of the various Grubaugh personnel we were involved with during our trade and purchase experience were most helpful and considerate of our concerns. They had several vehicles in stock on their sales lot where various option items could be seen in "real life" which made the selection of desirable options for my vehicle very easy. A prior Chevrolet dealership we visited only had two vehicles that I was interested in and neither was suitable for what I was seeking with little interest in discussing anything not already in their inventory. I would highly recommend our total experience with Mark and the Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet team as good as a vehicle purchasing experience can be. These comments are about individuals associated with Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet who appear to me to have acquired the previously named Lowe Chevrolet dealership earlier this year. We have had no earlier association with Lowe Chevrolet and had never visited that dealership when they were in Waynesville prior to being Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet.
