Worst experience from start to finish.

Worst experience from start to finish. Only bright spot was Vroom. I walked in with my own financing. Worked out a price. Overnighted them a check for 45k. And they proceed to tell me i cant take possesion of Truck for 7-10 days. Till the Cashiers check from a Federal Credit Union clears. Not happy but i wait. 7 days later they deliver truck to my home and when it arrives its over heating. Have to have it towed back to their Service Dept. next morning. They keep it for 4 days and fix problem and re-deliver truck to my home. But forget to send me back the 2 fobs i sent with truck. After 3 phone calls and a week later i get my 2nd key fob. Then 2 days later i get a call that they want me to smog the vehicle in order to get it registered. I explain why wasnt this done while the truck sat at Dealership for all the time before i purchased it , plus all the time they had during the wait time of Cashiers check clearing, And during the 4 days of overheating repair. Never offering to send someone to pickup truck and take it to a near by smog shop by my work so as not to inconvenience me. So in all im the one that did the ground work to get this vehicle sold. In final thought i now have to go back to the worst Dealership experience i had about 20 yrs ago and apologies, and tell them i have now found the worst Dealership. So many people their not doing their job!

My name is Sevag I bought a new Vehicle from this dealership. Vroom was my salesman , he was unbelievably amazing ... Vroom was a truly reflection of the beauty of the vehicle but more importantly his explanation of the mechanism . VROOM is shining all the way , he changes your mood and makes you laugh all the time . He is overqualified for his position and definitely needs a higher position in the dealership ... I would love to see him as a branch Manager . His dress and his demeanor are extremely valuable information. He was patient , very knowledgeable and more important is his shining smile . ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š you are so good at what you do that you can sell an elephant ๐Ÿ˜

Went in for oil change and diagnostic.

Went in for oil change and diagnostic. We waited five hours for an oil change. No diagnostic done. Was told we would have to leave the car there all day for a diagnostic. The car was there until on hour before they closed.

Service department was the absolute worst.

Service department was the absolute worst. After Armando had my sierra duramax denail for a combination of 95 days, multiple false diagnosis's and multiple parts changed, the vehicle to this day still has the same problem. I've reached out to management, Tony Plett, multiple times to discuss with no response. 0 for customer satisfaction. You can read my whole review on Santa Monica GMC page. You just can't ignore your customers!

Thank you for responding. You can find all my contact information on the emails I sent to Tony Plett. March 7, 2025 10:45 AM & re sent March 18, 2025 12:36 PM. No response! All the details are there for you to see. Two emails were sent to Bruce Brennan, March 4th or 5th and April 22 2024 with no response. GMC support was called in to follow with case #913577241913.
