Fred was an excellent salesperson and the finance
Fred was an excellent salesperson and the finance department was awesome too. The one thing I liked about my experience was that they didn't try to sell you things you didn't want. I would buy from Victory Nissan again.

Mr. Brown started out good, but things got ugly and nasty
Mr. Brown started out good, but things got ugly and nasty they couldn't meet my needs far as finding me a vehicle I told them what my banker gave me to work with.. Mr Brown still has my plates to my old truck but I called DMV and told them., I bought my first truck from hin I was shock how he acted sometimes you're not gonna meet everyone needs and it's ok but overall I thank you for everything

Long story short this dealership has the worst
Long story short this dealership has the worst customer interactions by over charging by twice the amount of other dealership across America even twice the rate of a new York dealership and California dealerships. They perform work before getting authorization sticking the customer with the full bill holding vehicle hostage unless u pay in full for warranty work they don't turn into warranty company and then pray the work is correct and they did what was claimed to be done with no consequences for there actions. And speak out on this bad business process and u just might have the police called on you I can go on and on about the unprofessional way they can treat you you won't deal with them twice unless you like being treated like your business to them as un satisfactory
