No pressure fun enjoyed fantastic experience never felt pressured best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Al Doug & Nick were amazing! No haggling straight forward honest people. Would recommend Victory Nissan to anyone looking to buy and they can find you exactly what you want. Nick has another dealership in Tennessee and they will find you your dream car. Such a pleasant experience and Kevin in finance can’t say I’ve ever met a kinder pleasant person ever. I’m a woman and went buy myself wasn’t jumped on the minute I got out of my car, was able to look and ask questions without someone stalking me, so nice to be able to feel that. The guys went above and beyond for my car buying experience and will go back again and recommend to everyone to drop by check out their full lot of new & used vehicles. I stopped in to see a used Leaf.
I stopped in to see a used Leaf. The first negotiation I had transcribed to writing, it was differnet than the agreed price, The second hit the agreed price by including a rebate, however, I wanted a guarentee that if the rebate failed after purchase, they bit the rebate. The final contract hit my price, did not have a rebate mentioned, I gave them a cash down payment, and wired the balance, drove the car home. A FEW DAYS LATER, the finance guy called me and demanded more money for the rebate, they failed to get it. They threatened to tow the car. I politely said sorry, their mistake. (Knowing it would cost more to arbitrate than the value of the rebate, and they would ultimately lose.) Im hoping they made a mistake and not scammers. Havent heard from them since.
