They have exceeded all levels of the lowest of all life
They have exceeded all levels of the lowest of all life forms. The sales manager Zach is nothing but a liar and thief. Zach changed the price by 12,000 over the internet advertisement. He also stated that we're 3800 in accessories like ceramic coating and tint which is all bullsh!t. Do not buy from this dealer!

100% recommend avoiding this place. Bought a “used” 2025 Canyon with approximately 3500 miles. It belonged to one of their employees’s and was told he just traded it back in so he could supposedly upgrade. Was told there was 2 keys but the employee still had one. Waited two weeks and still no second key, despite me pressing them numerous times. Finally called sales mgr and he said he would order one. Another 2 weeks and still no key. Today was the final straw…while washing the vehicle, found damage to the lower bumper fascia….despite being told at time of purchase there was no damage. Who knows what other hidden gems are on this thing. Very disappointed to have given GMC of Riverfront Park our money. Save yourself the trouble and go to another dealership.

Got a vehicle from them 3 months ago and am still waiting
Got a vehicle from them 3 months ago and am still waiting to get license plate from them. Ive gotten new temp tags once and am currently riding around with expired temp tags because they told me they couldn't renew my tags before they expired mind you they've done it the time before. I'm calling to get in touch with people, nobody seems to know anything. It seems very unorganized. My sales rep is even avoiding me..

Just had my truck in for a recall issue on my engine.
Just had my truck in for a recall issue on my engine. Jonathan informed me that they needed my truck for the day. When it was done, he called me. I needed a ride, so they sent a driver to pick me up, and by the time I arrived at the dealership, it was after hours, but Jonathan stayed to let me know what they did to my truck. I appreciated what he did, and that is what I call customer service.

WORST customer service after the sale ever, Zack treated
WORST customer service after the sale ever, Zack treated me like garbage, useless employee, still haven't received satisfaction after being promised a $1,500 rebate for financing through GMC financial. Continually blown off, was told 11 days ago I would receive a check, hasn't happened. Would never buy from Riverpark GMC AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU DO IT EITHER!! Do not make the mistake I did. I would fire zack on the spot for his total disregard and lack of respect for customers. Embarrassed for the owner. Cannot even describe the frustration and disappointment in this employee.

Complete failure. Service rep could not find the problem when it was described to him in detail. I am not a mechanic but know what the problem is. I gave every detail needed to make the proper diagnostic with ease. When picking up the vehicle was told my manager and I drove the vehicle together and we couldn't hear the sound. The stereo was at a volume that no one could have heard the obvious malfunction, when I got into the car upon pick up. Then the service rep told me that he could not justify the parameters needed to replace the part on warranty. So you refuse to do what is right knowing what's wrong with my vehicle because it's to hard to get the money from the warranty company? Maybe you should have kept your job at jiffly lube steve, drain plugs are easy to replace!
