This place sucks...from the salesman who was very inexperienced to the fact that they sell you a brand new car dirty just to charge you a $200 cleaning fee and when asked why they tell you that it always was like that...that does not make it right.

I dealt with a lot of new car dealers over the years...
I dealt with a lot of new car dealers over the years (lots) Most of them was xxxxxxxx and put a act on like they care about you until the sale is done. Let me tell you all this Go to Rothrock Nissan and ask for Nate Marinelli He is absolutely the best A#1 and he is very very knowledgeable about all the Nissan vehicles. He is the real deal no acting He really cares about his customers. He takes his time to go over every little thing in the vehicles and answer all your questions not just on the day of the sale but for as long that you have the vehicle. I hope Rothrock Motor Sales knows that they has a real talented person on their staff. They should give him a nice raise. All the rest should take notes from him they can learn from the best. You are welcome. I had many employees over the years when I was in business. I always like it when I heard from a customer about my employee. When I heard a good review I show my appreciation and give them a raise & a gift certificate for two to a nice restaurant. This was a really great sales experience! Wes was able to conduct most of the sale over text message which made it very convenient for me. He had everything arranged for when we arrived at the dealership, car cleaned, papers ready for signing, absolutely smooth transaction. We were in and out in a half hour and were able to get our new Wrangler back on the road for our 1200 mile drive back. Thanks to everyone at Rothrock!
