I drove up from California so I could purchase a new...

I drove up from California so I could purchase a new Mazda 3 for my daughter. Roy helped us from the time we arrived to the time we left the lot. My main concern was a dealer who would try to up sell and add on costs throughout the process but i am pleased to say he was very upfront and didn't pressure. The final price he gave was the final price with no hidden fees. Im very happy with his customer service and this overall experience. Id highly recommend Roy and will go back for my next vehicle! I've bought quite a few cars from this dealership and...

I've bought quite a few cars from this dealership and have to say this has been a nightmare. Two vehicles purchased and was thinking about a new car for myself, they ran my credit without telling me what they were running it for, would not return my phone calls or emails, have spoken with three managers now just trying to get someone to talk to me and answer my questions. Bought a new Toyota, cancelled my warranty on my mazda in the trade, they won't give me an upright timely answer to my questions. The interest rate was lowered on my sons car and my payments were quoted at a different rate, but finance company said uh no - the payment is higher just shorter term, not what I agreed to. The management could only say that the salesman had health issues and I should understand he was not "with it". Have spent three days just trying to get them to answer one question. Has to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered. There is no accountability for their treatment of their customers. Toyota has my business hands down from here on out. I have to add that Roy assisted me in getting the warranty issue fixed. He deserves to be recognized for being the only one that treated me like I was valuable and a customer.

Got me a great Mazda 6 and put alot of work Into it, I'm so please and will recommend to anyone and everyone there great people and have a awesome deal I almost feel bad like I'm stealing from them lol. Ill make sure they will help me with any other vehicles I will get in the future.

Ken is the best. No pressure and lots of fun. He new his stuff and diden't mind going over the little things. Called me right back when I had a questen. Worked well with sales directer to get us the best for our money.

We purchased a used VW Beetle from Power & it was a mechanical nightmare! We brought it back to Power & explained our problems. The sales manager Jeff agreed to make it right & help us get into another car. RJ helped us through the process of getting the NEW Mazda 2! We had no idea Power would stand behind our used car purchase & didn't expect to drive away a NEW Mazda 2 with the payments at about the same price as the used VW Beetle! The NEW Mazda needed a swap out of the tires/wheels. One phone call to Tim in service & he had it all arranged for me! I highly recommend Power Mazda...especially RJ. THANK YOU!!!

Stopped by for first service on vehicle purchased here with Steve's help. Was a great visit with a friendly face and I talked with Steve at length while my car was serviced. He is a great representative of the company. I am looking forward to my next service date so I can visit with him again. I may not need to wait that long because he also told me about some great accessories for sale thru the dealership which will make my Mazda 3 even better for us. Keep up the terrific job!

My husband and I had a great experience trading in our small mazda for a more utilitarian used vehicle. R.J was key in making this happen for us. He listened carefully to our needs and didn't waste our time test driving vehicles we weren't interested in. R.J. was so friendly and helpful I forgot I was at a car dealership! In the end R.J. found the perfect car for us, even a great color.) They welcomed our little dog Charlie too! Bruce was also very friendly and professional. We enjoyed chatting with Doug, another Sales Rep while we were hanging out. We highly recommend doing business at this very friendly, helpful and professional dealership!! Thanks bunches from Ted and Lisa, & Charlie.

We had been to other lots here in Salem and they were...

We had been to other lots here in Salem and they were pushy and not listening to what I wanted. They tried to point me in a different direction of what i was wanting. I let them know the 3 styles I liked and the color. I didn't see much hope afterwards. My husband and I drove by the Power Mazda lot and as we passed it I saw the car I liked a white Mazda 3. We turned around to drive into the lot and take a look at it. It was a very reasonable price, it was white, and it was on of the cars I liked. We were able to look at the car and not be attacked by salesmen. We actually drove up to the office and found someone to help us. Steve DeDominick was very patient, helpful, and laid back. He wasn't going at a mile a minute. He let the car sell itself. He answered some questions of my husband. He never once made us feel like he was sugar coating anything. He was honest, and upfront about everything. He was not pushy at ALL. We would definately go back to Steve at Power Mazda. That was the BEST service we have ever had in buying a car. Thank you Steve! You really made our time there a relaxing environment!
