We loved our shopping experience at Noller! We found the perfect car to surprise my wife with after looking for a while and couldn't be happier with the vehicle and staff! The staff was very friendly, transparent and not pushy unlike many other dealerships we have dealt with!

The service department had computer issues just prior to
The service department had computer issues just prior to my arrival. They did get the system back online in short order and completed the service of my vehicle. They got me on my way with very little delay. They have a great group of people working there.

Noller had a selection of late model trucks and friendly
Noller had a selection of late model trucks and friendly staff offering a selection of aftermarket warranties for my purchase. My truck was clean and filled with gasoline for my trip home.

Worst car buying experience I have ever had.
Worst car buying experience I have ever had. The sales person misrepresented the vehicle, and showed no remorse. Dealership has yet to call me back.

They had me sign documents they said were for certain
They had me sign documents they said were for certain things snd they lied when i asked about the cash price. I’ve contacted the sales manager/scammer Christian Wallace,he made excuses then had kyle call me,he harassed and lied to me too. I had to hang up the call because he talked over me repeating his lies!! Robert in sales is alarming a scamming theif!!! Pretending to be friendly!!! Nollers is a stealership!! Also their service department is a JOKE!! More scams!! They supposedly did 3 diagnostics on my truck in the 3 months ive owned it,and LIED about parts that needed repaired!! I got a second opinion elsewhere and found out they tried to SCAM me AGAIN!!! I bought the vehicle supposedly in great condition!! Its NOT!! All 4 tires were SEVERELY CUPPED!! How do ya figure that happened???!! Im in the process of getting un screwed by Nollers!! Not everyone will go for legal help,but i xxxx sure am!! Its on!!!

I was not really impressed with how I was treated.
I was not really impressed with how I was treated. I had my dog with me and there was a staff dog running around and was a distraction to me . Then having a service guy tell me good luck with getting work done somewhere else. You guys wanted to charge me $300 for a job i can get done cheaper somewhere else. Ever since we bought it the service has been crappy , ok we bought it and poof we are just a number now. Also we sat outside waiting for the truck to be looked at and they took the dog outside to go potty unleashed and the dog ran over to me and my dog. He said oh I didn't know you was outside. Does it really matter?

Took my vehicle in for an oil change + four days later
Took my vehicle in for an oil change + four days later all my oil leaked out after a crack was found in the oil housing. Returned after this discovery and they replaced it but denied responsibility + additionally told me it was not normal for mechanics to top off fluids + complete a vehicle check during an oil change. This is not my first hiccup there and I will not be returning for service.
