Had my car for almost a month, thought they figured out

Had my car for almost a month, thought they figured out the issue with the turbo, put a new part in. It didn't fix the issue. Still charged me about 75% of the cost of the new part that didn't fix the issue. Peter was receptive and helpful

Deceitful, unorganized, and the vehicle had to come from

Deceitful, unorganized, and the vehicle had to come from another dealer, they told me it would be flat bedded, is was driven and had the porter spilled coffee in the drink holder, and mud on the door jam. Even the gas tank wasn't full and the vehicle was dirty, they didn't detail it.

The dealership misrepresented the price of its car by 10k

The dealership misrepresented the price of its car by 10k and changed just prior to me showing up. The dealership is extremely slow. I spent over 5 hours there were 90% of the time was me sitting alone. They did not have my second key prior to leaving and was told it would be mailed to me. However, after contacting them multiple times over a month they told me I had to come back because they did not do proper compliance tests on their end. They even threatened to take my car away if I didn't come back for there mistake. All the while not getting call backs when I left messages to try and resolve the issue. We brought the car back of which they told us it would take 30min to complete and still made us wait over and hour and a half to complete. This dealerships communication and professionalism is extremely lacking.
