Bad experience.

Bad experience. Salesman Cooley promised to work with me but in the end made no effort what-so-ever. Call me stupid but Mr. Cooley knows a suckerer when . Read what you sign because it's likely to be something different than what you you expected. Typical used car dealership flim-flam. An unaffordable payment, higher price than originally listed, and ignored plea efforts to use my pre-approved outside superior financing offer. Buyer be aware they can not make you buy Starguard. If is already on the car and they wont remove it (they can) then don't let them tell you it's a $2150 mandatory. I've learned that fair price would be clser to $650. What's Starguard? It allows them to track your car should they want to repossess it. Also you can track it if it's stolen but you can add that feature yourself much cheaper after purchase.

We were working with another dealer on a new Ram Truck and decided to walk in to my local Folsom Lake Ram Dealership. They gave us a better deal and had excellent customer service. First new vehicle in 28 years and would highly recommend Folsom Lake Ram.
