Overall the service was great.

Overall the service was great. However, they rotated my tires and forgot to reset pressures according to how they should differ in front and back. This either requires me to take a trip back to correct or have my husband do it, so would just appreciate the job being done correctly and the list doublechecked the first time.

I was very pleiased with the staff and the sales process.

I was very pleiased with the staff and the sales process. My only issue was the outside service that took care of cars body issues. Basically, fixing dents and scratches. Two ssues. They never completed the work when they told me they would. But more importantly, the quality of the work was poor at best. There were two minor issues with the body that needed repair, these issues were noticed before i drove off the lot after purchasing. Scratches and dent above left headlight including scratches on headlight and dent in rear door on passengers side. The issue above the headlight was just poor work. The one on the back passengers side door looked expectable when I received the car but it had chipped out by the time I got home. I did purchase the extra protection to take care of dents / nicks and would like to get a refund on adding that extra service based on the quality of the work I just received. I'd be better off paying a body shop to handle this whenever I need the service. I understand, that since I paid for this service in advance, I'm hooked and need to accept the quality of the work I get. If I used an outsife source that did such a poor job, I would just change service providers. As I said earlier and know it's not possible but I would like a refund for that service. With this exception everything else at the dealership went well. Very good staff.
