Jason Griswold and a 2007 Infiniti G35

Jason and the entire team at Hilton Head Honda made our experience incredible. My husband and I had a 2012 Jeep Compass we wanted to trade for something more gas efficient. Jason chatted with us about our wants/needs for our next vehicle as well as our budget. From there, he identified a few cars he thought we would love and send us on test drives. The very first car he picked, a 2007 Infiniti G35, ended up being our favorite and the one we ultimately purchased. Jason did everything he could to ensure we stayed within our budget, and in the end we drove off the lot in our dream car (within our budget!). I can't say enough great things about the caring spirit of the folks at Hilton Head Honda. We never felt rushed or pressured, and, in fact, we spent the majority of our time there laughing and genuinely enjoying the process. I highly recommend this dealership and Jason Griswold!

A Pleasant Experience

Shawn was very helpful and courteous. He and the Hilton Head Honda staff took the pain out of buying a car. This is our second CR-V. We have enjoyed the service we have received from Hilton Head Honda.

My totally easy Honda Civic '17 re-lease

From the first phone contact with Colleen Gibbs about my lease on my Honda Civic '14 coming to term - and the discussion of options for releasing again at Hilton Head Honda - it has been a most pleasant and completely satisfactory experience. I never felt pressured, all my questions were answered and between Ryan, Brian and Colleen I always felt they had my best interests (and pocketbook) in mind. Needless to say, I love my new Honda Civic and Colleen took the time to walk me through all the car's features as well as setting up my phone through Bluetooth. I was completely comfortable driving out of the dealership and would and will recommend this team to anyone considering buying or leasing a car.

Recent Experience with both Sales and Service

Hilton Head Honda Team Sales Experience: Ryan Walline and his team are very responsive and good to work with. My sales experience was excellent. If you are looking to buy a new Honda or a used car I would highly recommend them. I never felt pressured in anyway and they always took the time to answer my questions. Their actions reinforce their mission which is to build a long term relationship with their customers. Job Well Done! Service Experience: I called service to make an appointment and spoke to Chris Wiszowaty. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Because of the nature of the problem (electrical), I asked Chris to please ensure the vehicle was looked at by someone with experience in solving these types of problems. The last thing I wanted was to start replacing parts to see if that would “fix” the problem. I arrived the following morning. Chris and I went through the issue. I was impressed with the notes he took and how well he listened. Long story short, I was introduced to Tom Heyward and over the course of the day, he was able to diagnose/repair the problem. What impressed me most was he had the patience to answer my numerous technical questions. Simply Outstanding! The most important part of this experience is that by the time it was over, I felt like I had made two new friends. I have owned numerous cars and been to many dealerships over the last 40 years. I can honestly say, this is the 1st time I have ever left dealership feeling that way.

Buying a new car couldn't of been easier

We went to Hilton Head Honda to just "look" at cars. We knew we would be buying in the near future. We had Shawn Belz as our sales associate. Shawn was very professional, courteous, patient and so easy to deal with. This was by far our best experience at a car dealership! We walked out with the car and price we wanted.

Pleasant

Outstanding experience

The entire dealership was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Colleen was the absolute best salesperson we have ever worked with. She went out of her way to assist us knowing we were dealing with a loved one in the hospital. She and the rest of the staff made the process of buying a new car a wonderful experience.

Best car dealership ever

From the very start Jane returned my inquire promptly, she was very friendly . Salesman Dan McGinnis was outstanding. He has a no pressure way about him. His goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase. The sales manager Dave was great also along with the finance manager. This is an honest group of people.They set the bar, dealerships everywhere should follow their follow their example. I will tell all my friends ,go to HH Honda and see Dan Mcginnis!!

Great Experience!

Working with Ryan was by far the best experience I have had dealing with a sales manager. He is a tremendous asset to the HH Honda team. Erik was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and took the time to review all the options with me. I felt I had the best of the best assisting me. Shawn actually made the financing portion of the buying experience fun. He was a true joy to work with.
