Rick Mitchell is excellent. My concerns were taken care of p

I had a road test which pointed out that I had the need for a hub and wheel bearings because I had excessive noise and vibration when driving. Rick Mitchell as always took very good care of me. Thank goodness that you employ great service people like Rick. He is the best and extremely knowledgable.

Best dealership in York,PA

Always pleased with my service appointments. Very well organized and efficient from the time I drop off my vehicle to completion. Everything is explained and they take their time.

Key Fab Issue

There was an issue with my key fab not being able to open or start my car, despite having changed the battery. The issue was resolved.

Rick Mitchell is outstanding

I am fairly new to the area and have used Apple Honda several times to service both an older Honda and a 2017 Honda bought new. Each time, Rick Mitchell has provided excellent service. In this day in age, I find that in general, Customer Service has gone downhill in general. To me, Rich Mitchell is the "face" of Apple Honda and he consistently provides excellent, friendly, helpful service. Congratulations Apple Honda, for having such an outstanding employee.

Well taken care of

Abe took very good care of me and my car. He kept me updated on the service that was needed and left me know when it would be ready for pick up. All within a very timely manner. Thanks Abe!

Bent plate

The service was fine, but when I went outside to drive home I noticed that the apple plate on the front bumper was bent. I mentioned this to the man who gave me the keys and he didn't seem to care. It was not bent when I arrived and I do not know how it happened. Since I had been there for at least 3 hours I just drove away wanting to get home.

Rick Mitchell is excellent.

This is my second Honda Accord. Honda has excellent vehicles and the service at Apple is good to excellent. Rick is my service guy and he has knowledge that some of the other service reps. don't have (not a criticism). I always would like to get the cost of services down not only at auto service centers but everywhere. Many of us retired folks are always looking for bargains but sometimes that backfires with poor service or poor advice. Not so at Apple Honda.

Friendly, courteous, timely, informative.

Recall service performed. Personnel always friendly, courteous, informative. Work done in a timely manner. Purchased my car here and have been very happy with it. Would purchase my next car here as well.

First State Inspection

The person who met us at the door was very prompt and courteous. Abe was great and explained the service for today and answered our questions about future scheduled services.
