Poor Service Very Dishonest People

These people treated me with total disrespect and continually raised the price for things which weere not in the original price. Extremely dishonest and shoddy.

Bait and Switch

This dealership gets you in with one car, takes a deposit, then when you come back they give you a reason why the first car couldn't be sold and try to sell you a beat up car. I drove two hours each way three time for these scammers.

Car sold before arrival at dealership

Sadly, FLAWLESS AUTOMALL isn't without flaws. We traveled 3 hours to purchase a vehicle. When we got there they said "It just sold". Would have been nice to let us know, and save us the complete trip. Overall, a terrible experience. Suspect the classic bait-and-switch fraud, to get potential buyers in the door. Car is still listed on their (and other's) website 24 hours later!

Buyer

Today I purchased a mint condition 2017 preownrd vehicle. I was approached by a gentleman name Tony. He was very professional and thoroughly walked me threw the right steps before any car negotiations. As I learned about how the dealership walks you through the steps, I felt it was the right place to negotiate a vehicle for myself. Tony did the right thing throughout the process and assured me that the dealership will do what was best for me. He was a man of his word and I appreciated how he genuinely, conducted himself. I would like to personally, thank him and to all of the staff in the store for there professional. Flawless auto mall, is as advertised!! Terrific dealership and caring staff!! Once again, thanks Tony!!

Flawless Auto Mall Service Center

I was looking to lease a new vehicle I heard about Flawless Automall in Woodbridge,NJ, was recommended to see Isaac Resek upon my arrival Isaac immediately got up walked outside to intruduce himself to my husband & myself, Isaac was nothing but a Total Gentleman, Friendly & Professional. Never in all my years of leasing cars did I ever have such a Stress free, no games played, up front, honest all around Great experience when leasing a vehicle. Everyone at Flawless Automall were friendly & made you feel welcomed. I will definitely do business with Isaac again & will let everyone know about my great experience with Flawless Auotmall.

Disrespectful employees

A year ago i went to Loman's and ended up purchasing a vehicle. I got a 2015 Nissan Sentra i gave them a $1000.00 dollars down, a few months later i started getting calls from Marquita who was very , very rude telling me i owed them an additional $1000.00 . I looked over my paperwork and saw that i did owed the additional. So , i in turn worked out a plan with her, gave two checks which was my mistake and her i would call and let them when to put one check in of $500.00. She went on and put the checks and guess what i did not go in. She then started calling my job constantly harassing me, but i do recall them telling the bank that i gave them $2000.00 . Now i am being sued for 1100.00 dollars. I would never, ever recommend anyone to go to this dealership! VERY BAD BUSNESS tactics

The most amazing sales service and assistance

This review is based on my experience with senior salesman Rocky. He was so accommodating in making my new purchase of a 2018 Malibu possible. He was truthful and honest in giving me the best deal that was available. The entire process was smooth and went off without a hitch. There was no unnecessary waiting time or delays. My new vehicle was waiting for me as promised.

Lomans auto

I bought a car at lomans auto in Woodbridge nj. 4 months later only to find out the car I traded in was not paid off. Which means I didn’t make 4 months payment which also brought my credit score really low. Every time you call the office they keep asking for your number so the can call u back but the never will. They are so evil and no to care about you

Do not purchase /The worst car dealership ever!!!!!!!!

We purchased a car in October 2017 and traded in our older car. These guys are only after the sale and do not care what happens after the sale. They have not cleared the bill for trade and our credit has been affect tremendously. We have called Lomans numerous times almost every single day to speak with "Lisa". They are all very rude and unprofessional. This has affected our credit and they still have not resolved it. We will be taking this on with The NJ Better business bureau and NBC BAQUERO and take legal action.The worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!
