Most of the reviews here seem to be about slow service or rude staff. My case is more serious. I purchased a 2023 Ram Promaster from this dealership on August 2nd. They took my registration and tax fees and kept telling me that my plate was “processing with MVC” and that “the delay was caused by DMV.” Before my temporary plate expired, I called three times. Every time, I was told that the manager was not available and that I would get a call back, which never happened. I drove there in person and the manager promised it would be done “within one week.” That promise was never kept and no one apologized even once. Two months after purchase, they suddenly asked me for my corporation code, saying New Jersey requires it for commercial registration. That should have been asked on day one, not after two months of delay. I personally called NJ MVC myself. They confirmed that **there is NO record of any registration or title submission under my VIN, my company, or my corporation code.** That means the dealer never actually submitted anything, but they kept blaming the DMV and their tag service. This is beyond poor service — this is negligence and deception. Because of this, I still do not have my permanent plate, and I am at risk of losing a major commercial contract that I spent months preparing. This delay has caused direct financial harm to my business. If you are a commercial buyer or rely on your vehicle for your work, please read this before trusting their word. I have already filed a formal complaint with BBB and will escalate this to DMV Dealer Investigation and the Attorney General if this is not resolved immediately.

I wish I didn’t even have to click a star because this
I wish I didn’t even have to click a star because this was the worst experience going to this dealership ,it doesn’t even deserve a star. It deserves 0 stars . I was there for hours upon hours (1015am - 530 pm). The sales person couldn’t even answer my questions that I had about the 2 vehicles I was looking at . If you’re a salesperson you should know the answers that customers are asking about the cars you are trying to sell. Then They kept asking me for all this paperwork that I didn’t have on me because when I made the appointment no one told me what I should bring with me. If you know that I had an appointment why wouldn’t you tell that customer what they should bring with them.. Then the sales persons kept getting up from sitting with me saying she had to go help this customer then that customer . Then They wanted to take my plates off my car and put them on one of the cars I was looking at without even telling me what the monthly payments were going to be.. They kept my registration and when I called to pick it up the next day they didn’t know where it was because the salesperson was off and they said they were going to email the sales person to find out where it was and were going to call back and never called back. Then when i finally heard back from the salesperson person around 3 -315pm and they said for me to come back and get it when it takes me 1 hr and 15 min to get there and they close at 4, I said can you overnight it to me because I needed it , she told me to remind her the next day which was today to overnight it so I texted her this morning and she said she’s not overnighting it.. horrible experience, horrible customer service I would NEVER RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone ever and if someone said they were going to that dealership I would TELL THEM NOT TO GO THERE!!

All the bad reviews you read are 100% true! If I could leave a 0 I would. They absolutely will not give you an out the door price of a vehicle no matter what, even after you complete the credit application. They tell you they will have a manager but they don't. Remember that if it seems to good to be true, it is. Headed to Georgia to buy a truck. I was able to do a purchase and sales agreement over the phone. Very easy. Stay away from this place!!!!

You guys are the worst dealership I ever tried to work with. Jr, your a lier. Filled out the credit app like you asked and you and your team of loosers never called me with a price like you said you would. All the reviews about you guys is 100% true because you did to me what others have stated. You suck!

Bait and switch game. Advertise low, price changes when paperwork gets together. I have my own financing set up with cash in hand, they push their ridiculous financing and added vehicle coverage. Waste of time and advise everyone to avoid at all cost. I will be filing a complaint report with the State Attorney regarding false advertising.

Terrible experience.
Terrible experience. After driving over an hour to test drive a car. The vehicle wasn't available and it was never communicated until I arrived at the dealership even though I was told on the phone they would prep the car. This dealership should be embarrassed on how bad all these reviews are. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

All of the used car pricing you see online is a scam.
All of the used car pricing you see online is a scam. You must purchase a $6,000 extended warranty to get that pricing. And the price of the vehicle can still be more. You have to be very careful of the tricky wording in the description of the requirements in order to get the advertised price. Finance guy is slick. Watch for his numbers game. Wasted a whole day at this scam dealership. 3 hr. drive down, 4 hr. drive home. Watch for the tricky online wording that is not understandable to any intelligent person or otherwise!
