I had the opportunity of working with Sean Flanagan at Coon Rapids Chrysler. He took the time to ensure he understood what our family needed in a new vehicle and was extremely patient and kind.

I was looking to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I worked with Keith Haemig and he did a great job with explaining the vehicles to me and was very much accommodating throughout the entire process. I've had only a few purchasing experiences in the past for vehicles, but this has by far been the best experience! I had been looking at cars for some length of time. In Minnesota buying a new car in the winter isn't always the best choice. When my old car started to say "I'm not going to last much longer, cough, hack, hack." I decided it was time to do it. Carolyn Hagen was my salesperson and greeted me with a smile and a bear hug that I never expected. She was genuinely happy to meet me and work with me. She was more than willing to do whatever it took to find the right car for me. From color to add on. And to make it fir my budget! If and or when I need a new car, hopefully she will still be there to help me. The finance people were just the same. Happy to put me in debt! (Laugh,). They know their stuff.

We had a wonderful experience with Carolyn Hagen upon first talking to her, immediately she wanted to be there to help us get our dream vehicle. She really went out of her way to make sure everything was as good as it sounds. Since we were 30+ miles away, she met us halfway to complete paperwork and complete the sale just as we hoped it to be. Our sales person Greg Richter was wonderful to deal with once again. This is our 3rd vehicle purchase through him and this dealership and would not go to anyone else! He is top notch to work with - he had cars ready and warmed up for us to go test drive right away. He understood what we needed even though not exactly what we wanted, but he knew it was what we could afford and get the financing for and he made the best of it for us. He went the extra effort by doing a dealer trade for a color we wanted, but found one with the larger back up screen that we were used to and liked on our Dart and went ahead and traded for that one without us even requesting it. Way above and beyond! Greg is very nice and polite to deal with and feel like he is a friend. The special finance group was wonderful to deal with too! Thank you!
