Bait and Switch with a side of predatory.

Bait and Switch with a side of predatory. I have to say it probably my fault for taking the internet at face value and believing posted pricing. Anyways, I showed up asked to look at the car and was handed the car key. I then asked if I could take the car for a test drive, but was told I would have to fill out a pre-approval form before they would let me test drive the car... I was like huh?? Then I said what if I want to pay cash... that's when I was told to sit tight that they would go and get the cash pricing which was $4995 higher than the posted price. I told them I was not interested and that I didn't appreciate the bait and switch. I realize that I was not their target audience and walked away from the place. Would not recommend.

After agreeing on the price of a SUV that I was

After agreeing on the price of a SUV that I was interested in purchasing. I drove over an hr and a half to dealership. We were getting ready to do the deal and then he informed me the price had gone up by $5500. I told him that we had agreed over the phone on the price being $7415 and why was the price now an extra $5500? He said it was for dealership expenses and fees. This dealer uses bait and switch to get people into dealership with low advertised prices and then raises prices with dealership fees. Not a truth worthy way of doing business and I also reported this dealership to the BBB......

There is a law suit waiting to be had with this place the

There is a law suit waiting to be had with this place the way there prices are set up the lender does not actually know the price of the car you are buying. So basically it gets penciled in based on the the down payment that has been negotiated.When you get on there site capital one gives you a preapproval based on the listed price not the $5500 down that goes on top of listed price. +++ tax tag dealer fees which are expected to be there but the bank should know the list price in total to give a real payment or very close to it. So in short they do have nice cars on the lot but $5500 needs to be added total price of anything purchased that way the bank knows what you need to borrow.With that being said we walked out because for the price they had listed I was willing to settle but at double that price I could basically go get what I want if that makes sense.

Most of their vehicles are salvage vehicles. When I reached out with questions about veh being involved in a total loss accident and air bags deploying, no one would give me answers. I looked up reviews outside of Google and decided not to do business with them. Reviews were Poor based on bad business practices and poor quality vehicles.

Bunch of scammers.

Bunch of scammers. Wouldnt tell me anything about financing or warranty until i paid a deposit and got insurance on the car I was looking at. Makes no sense. the car i drove sounded and felt like it had issues when i test drove it. Theres the one salesguy and his little minions that try and lure people in. Stay away
