Repairs were good.
Repairs were good. Dealer normally needs to keep vehicle overnight. Repair prices are extremely high. Want to charge me $400.00 plus to change a hood strut. I complained and they reduced by $100.00.

Very inefficient check in process.
Very inefficient check in process. Because I was assigned to a clerk and she was helping someone else,I waited 10+ minutes to be checked in when there were at least 5 people chatting. I only got checked in by another clerk once experienced my confusion about their process.
