My new service advisor was amazing!

My new service advisor was amazing! However, your dealership does not wash cars upon return. I also have a Mercedes and a Nissan and they ALWAYS wash my cars upon the completion of each service.

I came to the Bowie dealership to have a flat tire

I came to the Bowie dealership to have a flat tire repaired or replaced I just bought the tires a month ago and thankfully was still under warranty. At the same time, while there and parts were available, the passenger air bag recall was also fixed. It took 5 hours of a wait for this to be completed and I patiently waited. I was pleased with the advisor?s service follow up and he even provided complimentary Uber service to be driven to lunch and then picked up after while the car was being worked on. However, an unfortunate and upsetting experience followed when the service repair was done and the car was ready for pick up. To my dismay, as I was getting ready to drive off, it was such a disheartening feeling to see that my stuff inside the car was all over the place, left topsy turvy and a mess. Whoever worked on the car did not bother to put things back in the their place. It was disrespectful and such an unacceptable customer service. The manager and advisor were apologetic that it happened and will address this matter with those concerned. The Manager then offered an extended service plan to make up for the bad experience which I appreciated of course.

Bowie Toyota advisor, Antonio funderburk was so rude and

Bowie Toyota advisor, Antonio funderburk was so rude and disrespectful. I had to ask for another advisor. He lied about them, matching other dealers coupons and then rudely stated you’ll be here for at least three hours ended up having to complain to the manager will never do business there again

My service reps seem to be not super interested.

My service reps seem to be not super interested. Nice thing is that she didn’t try to upsell me on things. I felt like when I got there that I was bothering her and when I left my car wasn’t where she said it was instead of having somebody just bring it. I had to go look first and then have her get somebody to bring it up.
