We had decided we wanted a Toyota Highlander Hybrid AWD but a new one was too much cost, so we went online and found a 2017 Highlander at Smart Motors. Jessica was very gracious and easy to deal with and Natanya handled the financial paperwork very well. The car fulfilled our needs and wishes and then some. We were so pleased driving it home, but 4 days later the gas engine started running very roughly and the check engine light came on. Since we live about 70 miles from Madison we took it to our local Toyota dealer who diagnosed the problem and replaced the spark plugs and electric coil. The coil and labor to replace it were covered by the warranty, but not the spark plugs, labor and diagnosis, to the tune of $678.12. So I called Jessica at Smart Motors and her manager agreed to cover the cost of the repairs. We are so appreciative of Smart Motors . . . very Smart! And we love our car too.

Smart Motors worked with me for several weeks to find the correct fit for me. Scott Helped me choose the best fit. I am so happy with the headlights because I do a lot of night driving.. They spent a lot of time showing me how everything works and any time I call I can get an answer. This is the second car I have purchased from them. My Camry Hybrid from 2008 had almost 200,000 miles on it and it still works great. I needed a different car with AWD.
