Came into this dealership looking to lease a Bronco.

Came into this dealership looking to lease a Bronco. I asked them to give me a quote and at first they didn't want to give me anything on paper, then after a few minutes of convincing them they finally gave me the quote. Let me tell you I have never seen such a disrespectful quote. They offered me 48 month lease at 7500 miles a year without running my credit or even asking how much I would be willing to put down for a down-payment. Keep in mind I have excellent credit and I usually lease my cars for three years at 12,000 miles a year. I found this very disrespectful and pretty much telling me my money isn't green enough for them. The most arrogant dealership I have ever been to. Please don't give this dealership your time and money. There's plenty of other dealerships in southern California.

I took my car in for the works package oil change.

I took my car in for the works package oil change. They said the price had gone up to $149. I had a $20 off coupon. That’s still twice the amount that performance Ford in West Covina charges. I can get the works package done there for $69.95 with a coupon. Last time I go to envision Ford in Duarte.

Scammers beware.

Scammers beware. I talked to a sales person and a manager and even got a buyer’s order sent to with the agreed upon price. It was out of state so I wanted to make sure everything is in order before I made the trip to the dealership. Once I got there the Manager Emanuelle basically said “Sorry you have to pay extra $3000 if you want the car”. He had the buyer’s order and still did not honor it. I told him that this is a scam and I am not overpaying for the car and I am leaving, to which he responded “You came from CO so we both know you won’t leave without the car”. We was rude and arrogant and yes I left without the car. I would not recommend this place, he was unprofessional.

I had a very pleasant experience with Envision Ford

I had a very pleasant experience with Envision Ford Lincoln. I could not believe the volume of vehicles available, it's amazing. Amy Aguirre, Sales Professional, was great to work with. She was kind and helpful and even went out of her way. The vehicle was clean and detailed, and still had that new car smell. We are very pleased with our choice and their financing.

"Envision Ford Duarte: Illegal and Deceptive Business Practices" I want to warn consumers about the illegal and unethical practices I experienced at Envision Ford in Duarte, California. I visited the dealership after seeing a vehicle advertised at a specific price. That price was verbally confirmed by a salesperson. I have photographic and video evidence of the advertised price and audio confirmation of the salesperson’s statements. However, when it came time to finalize the sale, the dealership presented a higher price — a clear violation of California’s Business and Professions Code § 17500, which prohibits false advertising. When I pointed out the specific laws they were violating, the manager on duty refused to come down and speak to me. Instead, they sent a lower-level manager, who fled the room the moment I began filming the interaction. I'm assuming this is a standard template that you send people cuz this is not even close to what took place during my experience. The price on the vehicle was clearly stated as 38,888 so then when I get into financing and they try to tack on another $2,500 and claim it's because there's an irreversible addition of a paint and interior protection package. That's a scam. When I bring it to their attention and explain that this is a violation of California state law and they still hold out it's because it's a scam. When the manager runs away and hides when I begin to film it's because it's a scam. People don't like to be filmed breaking the law.

Bought a Transit van from these guys at end of 2023,

Bought a Transit van from these guys at end of 2023, drove my other van for a few months into 2024 and didn’t realize that rodents had eaten the windshield wiper supply line on new van till we started using it for work.. When I called them they gave me the run around about talking to General manager, called about a dozen times and each time couldn’t ever talk to him about fixing this issue and he never called me back after leaving messages each day. Happy with the Transit but their customer service isn’t the best, make sure you do thorough investigation so u don’t have to go through what I did.

Marco was very helpful dealing with me and my car the only thing wrong is the new way of not doing things not cashing a check credit cards 15% that was something that makes me not really want to come back to Ford I have always like Ford service but now I'm not sure of the tactics
