Tim, Jody and Kevin are an awesome team. Tim reached out to us immediately and he sent us a video of the car on the lot. This made us feel comfortable that the car was truly available, not like the previous dealership we went to. Jody listened to us and he understood our needs and wants. Kevin did a fabulous job walking us through the finances and he took the time explaining the warranty options. We felt comfortable as soon as we walked into the door to the time we drove away with the car.
