1-Star Review for A&J Auto Group I would not recommend A&J Auto Group to anyone looking for a professional and reliable car buying experience. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, marked by mishandling of auto sales, broken promises, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I purchased a vehicle from A&J Auto Group in August 2024 as a cash sale, during which they promised a second key reimbursement. Despite countless follow-ups and assurances of payment, it is now January 2025, and I have yet to receive the reimbursement. This lack of accountability and follow-through is unacceptable. The issues didn’t stop there. The car’s delivery was delayed significantly, and when it finally arrived, vehicle parts/documentation were missing. After further delays, the wrong parts were sent, leading to even more time wasted waiting for the correct ones. Adding to the frustration, the necessary documentation for the vehicle was missing upon delivery. This caused further delays in obtaining the registration and licensing for the car, which were riddled with misprints and errors, prolonging the process unnecessarily. This experience has been plagued by poor communication, a lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for customer relations. A&J Auto Group has repeatedly failed to honor their commitments, and the level of disorganization is astounding. Save yourself the stress and frustration—go elsewhere.
