Just out looking and comparing pickup brands and ended up at McKays. A brief walk around the lot led us to Shawn. Shawn asked what we would want in a pickup. And brought one out. Exact match. After a short visit with Shawn, the pickup was ours. A very pleasant outing!

Found a good deal on a 2500 Cummins good rebates Justin is a super good sales man! He works with the customer and finds what you want! What I like most about mckays is there is no one there that pushes you into buying a vehicle they wait for the customer to come to them!

They sold me CHOPPED tires with my vehicle and made sure to put them in the back so I wouldn’t notice until the tires were rotated. Now I’m left with extremely noisy tires that not even my music can block out. Also keep in mind I bought my car like new with 11,000 miles on it. They totally take advantage of customers and they BLOCK your phone number when you are trying to address the problem. Great customer service McKay’s! Before they blocked my number they wouldn’t return my phone call after leaving multiple messages over the course of weeks. This was after their service department, Don, ADMITTED my tires were chopped! Also keep in mind Don told me the used car sales manager, Chris, would be calling me after my appointment. Of course I haven’t heard a peep from him, again after leaving multiple messages. When I finally reached someone else after realizing Chris wasn’t going to make contact with me, he was extremely rude (Travis.) He told me he’s not opening his wallet for me and I need to bring my car in to be seen (which it already has, I don’t think he even spoke with Don.) He told me I would have to pay for the repairs. When I asked him to speak with Don because it was evident he didn’t speak with him (he thought I never brought the vehicle in EVEN THOUGH I explained multiple times I did) the phone call conveniently disconnected and then my number was blocked. There’s something wrong with buying a like new car a few months ago and having to go in for repairs already! There’s also something wrong with them making you pay for it when it’s their fault. I guess I don’t matter anymore since they have my money. Blocking my number isn’t going to make this go away. Customers be wary of this place, especially women!

As a first time buyer, I can say that I am very happy with choosing McKay’s! Great customer service and they explained everything thoroughly.
